    Bad experience at Barron.

    After 15 years of leasing 3 Nissans every 3 years from Great Neck Nissan. I went to Baron Nissan after Great Neck Nissan closed and I no longer lease Nissans. I dropped off my Murano to Baron after lease and I said I will lease another, but I'm not in the mood for sales games. Please just quote your best price so I can move on. They played games I walked out and I am now a proud owner of a Subaru Outback. The rest of my family will be leasing Subarus for the next 15 years. Not sure how they survive ignornance.

    Went to this dealer to turn in my 2017 leased Rouge. Asked the manager to give me the best deal he could on a new deal. The saleman showed me the sticker price on the car and i thought that would be what i would pay. Not until i got home did i discover that i paid a thousand dollars over the sticker price. My fault for not checking the leasing agreement before i left. Still, this was a heartless way to treat a returning customer. I would highly recommend you go to a more honest dealership if you want to buy a Nissan

    Dangerous- extremely negligent!

    EXTREMELY DANGEROUS!!! brought my car in for new brakes and they were so careless they forgot to screw my tire back on. It flew off on my way to the expressway, I could have been killed!!! Jason in service was extremely rude and unhelpful. Please do not use them it could save your life!!!!!

    My experience with Baron Nissan was pleasant. I met with Juan who was very knowledgeable and patient. I did not feel rushed. he took the time to answer all my questions. I was completely satisfied and would certainly recommend Baron Nissan.

    Some good, some bad

    I saw a car on Cars.com with a good price 40 miles from my house, so I checked it out. When I decided to purchase the car, price on the sales agreement was more than the internet quote. I corrected the salesman, and he reluctantly agreed to internet price. However, they lowballed my trade-in (so beware of that). When we picked up car, it was not cleaned (in fact I found a pancake...yes, a pancake under the seat when I cleaned it as soon as I arrived home). They also only put one new tire on the car, but the other 3 just barely passed inspection, so I had to get four new tires shortly after purchasing. I knew the tires were older, but not at the end of their life (just not how I would do business).They also called a week after purchase to inform me that they had the second key and would send in the mail. Never came, despite me leaving a few messages. So bottom line, this does not seem like a dealership that pays attention to detail or takes pride in their product. On the whole they seem like they just want to move cars and make as much as they can (and this is business, so I get that) but at the expense of the customer. Truth be told, it was not all bad. They did take a personal check despite their policy to only take bank checks. The finance guy was straightforward and amiable.

    Bought 2015 infiniti q40 for a good price and rate. Very easy dealership not pushy and appears legit. I would go back if i wished to purchase any nissan or even there other miscilanious cars.

    I want to first say, DO NOT USE THEIR FINANCING DEPARTMENT. I HAD FOUR HARD INQUIRIES ON MY CREDIT SCORE. I have a 750+ credit score, however, it is unacceptable to have four hard hits on my credit. One for baron, and three others from their financing department (I am guessing to find me the best rate, HA all while hurting my credit score). I am not sure who runs the financing department but they need to be made aware that this should not continue to happen to other customers. I have bought many cars before and only had at most two inquiries on my credit to finance the car. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I bought the car and didn't see the hard hits until a month later. I will have to continue to see these hard hits for years because the financing manager couldn't decide on a lender!!!

    2017 Rogue with Tosh at Baron Nissan, The Best!

    Baron Nissan is the Best dealership with the cheapest prices on long island for my 2017 Rogue. They beat everyone's prices in service and sales. I been going to them for over 8 years now. ASK for Tosh, you'll be happy you did.
