    Bought a car here about a month ago and was helped by Matt. Promised me that everything was good with the car, a spare key (because the car I bought only had one key), and told me if I needed anything I could call him. Found many minor problems with the car but the worst was the driver door mirror fell off when I took it to a drive thru car wash. Tried contacting Matt several times but every time I call he is “with a customer” and never gets back to me. Been a month and still haven’t received a spare key. If you do buy a car here purchase the 2-day return option because more than likely you will find problems with the car and be able to return it. Unfortunately I wasn’t made aware of this option and I couldn’t return the car (which I wanted to after only 1 day with it). Please do your homework and hopefully my experience can help somebody else not get duped by this company. Also if you can avoid Matt. He comes off as a friendly guy but just makes false promises he can’t follow through on.

    I was very comfortable speaking with the sales team and didn't feel like I was being pushed into making a decision at any point, only genuine desire to help me make the decision I'm most comfortable with. I will be back for sure!

    The process went smoothly from the follow up call to the appointment scheduled and lastly the financing. They were able to compete with my credit union' rates and finalize the process in under an hour. I was genuinely impressed.

    I visited on the last day of May. The store seemed busy, however, that didn't stop the sales person from giving me all the time and attention. Didn't end up buying but shoutout to Eddie for being as great as he was, I'll definitely end up buying from him.

    These guys are awful. Originally came in and purchased a 2017 A4 from them and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. They took advantage of me as a young car buyer. After selling me a vehicle with unreported damage tony and eddie informed me I can turn it back in and pay them 14k for a comparable model. Not only has this been the worst experience I have ever had, it is highly unethical and makes me fear for the safety of others who could be driving unreported damaged vehicles they purchased here as well.

    Bought a used 2015 Acura TLX at Barocci Motors. Excellent customer service. Vehicles are priced aggressively to minimize any anxiety over buying. Felt like they wanted to make sure I was happy in buying a car. Will definitely use them again when buying.

    They had a car that I thought would be perfect for me. I emailed them via cars.com. It had been several days and no response. I guess they don’t want to sell a car...at least not to me.

    Had to travel some distance to get there, but when I got there I was not disappointed. They have a multitude of cars to look at and were quick and ready to help with information and test drives. The buying process was also a very positive experience for me. They were open to negotiations and did a great job in getting to a place where we both were happy. I especially appreciate the owner being so involved in my deal and providing the best experience.

    No response. Guess they are not interested in responding to inquiries regarding their used car inventory. Descriptions are not consistent with detail specs. i.e., description says TDI but details say gasoline engine. Which is it?

    After over 1.5 weeks, still haven't heard anything back from an online query through cars.com. It seems that using cars.com is the not the right way to contact them.
