    James Smashe is the sales agent who helped us in our purchase of a New 2014 Honda Accord. We were made to feel very comfortable in this buying process. He was thorough in explaining the many features and we appreciated his honesty in this transaction. After the sale James contacted us to make sure that we were satisfied. We had an issue with a slight vibration on the road. James set up an appointment for us. I brought the car into the service dept. They were very thorough and replaced the faulty tires to correct this problem. I would gladly recommend Majestic Honda and James Smashe to anyone who is in the market to purchase a car.

    I was involved in a rear end collision and my 2008 Honda Fit was destroyed. I had originally purchased this vehicle from Majestic Honda in West Warwick RI, so I decided to consider purchasing a new car from them. My whole experience was excellent. The salesman, Jim Smashe, was very helpful, gentlemanly, considerate and couldn't do enough to help me. I still have a fear of driving so he took me for a test drive in a 2015 Honda Fit. He brought me to my home to pick up my license plates. He sat with me and showed me every aspect of the car and sat patiently with me while I tried to figure out all of the new doodads I didn't have on my old Fit. All in all it was a very good interaction after having had such an overwhelming experience with the recent.car accident.

    I recently purchased a CR-V from Majestic Honda. To me, they are easily one of the most customer-friendly Honda dealers around the area. My sales consultant-James Smashe is a particular delight to work with. Jim is very polite, customer-oriented, and genuine. He took care of all my inquiries and worked with the finance manager to give me a very good deal. My experience with them was absolutely drama-free and unstressful. Of course, it always helps to do some homework yourself before going to any dealerships. Overall, for RI residents, I highly recommend Jim and Majestic Honda. They are the ones to count on and will make you feel valued.

    Awesome experience with Eric Bruno, Majestic Honda

    Went in Saturday morning to do some test drives. Eric Bruno greeted us, listened to what we needed, and sent us out to test a couple of cars. He answered all of our questions with patience, and we felt, with honesty and sincerity. Ended up trading in our son's car and leasing a new Accord. No pressure, no rush to make a decision. Eric and Majestic have us for life!
