    I was pre-approved and a car pick out. Still I was there for four hours. My credit was very very good, but I still didn't get no interest deal. That was disappointing. But my salesman was good. I bought a new car.

    They had a car price pretty for the miles that it had. An they would not come down in the price they let 1,000 stop them from making 4,000 never seen anything like it.

    I had sent in to see if a vehicle was still available at a few different dealerships as I had found similar vehicles at each of them. Bachman was the last dealership to get back with me and after they did about 3 days later they did not even say if the vehicle was there or not and just wanted me to call in. I worked at a car dealership before as a salesperson and our manager would not have been happy with that timeline or the fact that they did not even answer the primary question. I have taken my business elsewhere and would not work with Bachman again. If there is difficulty getting the basic questions answered, I would hate to see if there was a question that required someone to actually do some research.

    They have a wonderful staff. I was helped by Joaquin and Arturo, they were not pushy are all, understood and responded all my questions/concerns/requests. The buying process was smooth and easy, even when there are a lot of new procedures related with COVID-19. I'm very happy with my car and with the agents!! I do recommend them!

    I came to Bachman after Avery disappointing experience another dealership. I was not expecting much but was greatly surprised. Arturo went out of his way to help me and treated me like I was someone who mattered. That treatment is a lost art in most cases today. Thanks again. I am falling in love with my car more every time I drive it.
