    Bitter sweet experience

    Buying the truck was a great adventure, but having to get it repaired has been the worst ordeal. They can’t seem get the part needed to fix the problem. Apparently there is only one warehouse they can order from and they don’t carry the part needed. So I guess they won’t be fixing it. I have the best looking musical instrument on the road. It’s embarrassing to drive this truck. I get all the looks but not because it’s a beautiful truck but rather because it has the strangest and loudest noise. All they need is another company/warehouse they can buy from and this problem would be solved. I hope that no one else has to go through this. I wish they would help me. The truck was not a gift from Chevy. I’m actually still making payment. Oh and don’t bother calling, they never answer the phone. I have to drive over to get the same answer “The part is still in back order”.

    one bad experience.

    I have always had a fantastic experience with this service center in the past. I was not even going to write this review because of my past positive experiences. My Chevy Cruze needed a turbo replacement and the work took almost a week to complete. I did not have a problem with the work taking long but I was misled about the time the work would take to complete and then left waiting with no updates. I needed to seek information the entire time, my advisor did not take the initiative to contact me first. All of this would still not get me to rate the experience as poor. I didn't drive my car at all during quarantine and yet something seemed off about my car so I went to inspect it now almost 3 months after the service visit. The heat shield was never re-installed over the exhaust manifold. The oil was never replaced after the turbo install. I can overlook poor customer service but the negligent workmanship is absolutely unacceptable. To top it all off my engine bay was left filthy with excess oil which get heated up and emits awful odor and smoke. Lost my business for future work.

    To anyone that buys or leases a vehicle from Chevrolet, Auto Nation, Doral , not only they lie, but make sure the contract is corect, they are known to make changes to the contracts

    I took my truck in for a recall service. I was greeted immediately by a young lady who led me to my service adviser Marcos who took care of me right away. He told me my truck would be ready in approximately 45 mins. to an hour, and sure enough, it was ready by then. When I arrived to pick up my truck, Marcos had already gotten it washed and went and brought the truck out to me. Marcos provided excellent service and attention, highly recommend him.
