by Nick Gurreri from Cary, NC | June 19, 2020We purchased a 2019 Honda Accord last week from Automaxx in Summerville, SC. We asked the dealer to take pictures of any imperfections and received the following "...couldn't find any scratches/dings or imperfections on the inside to take pictures of. It is incredibly clean." They delivered the car as agreed in NC and it has two cigarette burn holes on the back seat and the interior has a strong cigarette smoke smell. The only solutions offered by the dealer were to drive the car to SC within seven days to sow up the holes or refund money. Due to work schedules we could not make it there within seven days and they would not contribute to having the holes fixed locally or would not pick up the car even though they delivered it as agreed. I would not recommend purchasing a car from this dealer since the manager Mike said that it is normal for a one year old car with 25K miles to have burn holes in the seats and that they consider it to be in excellent condition.

They not only helped us by taking more pictures and videos of the vehicle that we requested but they also worked hard to make sure that the vehicle was delivered to my house the day after we agreed to purchase it. The staff was very friendly and did not pressure us into buying the vehicle. We had a great experience working with them.
