    Purchased a used vehicle sight unseen from this dealer in late June. Upon receipt I didn't notice anything wrong other than the underbody cover that was in the trunk for some reason, took a look and the other panel was scraping the ground.. No big deal. Took a 10 minute drive and the tire pressure light came on (You have to drive the car about that far before you get TPMS warnings I would later find out). Checked the air pressure and had 10psi, filled the tire, 2 days later same thing. So I have a puncture no big deal. After inspecting the other tires I find serious issues in the sidewalls, 2 minor gouge in both front sidewall, but one major also in the front. So at this point 3 out of the 4 tires are impaired. The tires are $300 a piece and new so I tried to get in touch with the dealer and come to some agreement. Long of it I was told that they didn't make enough money on the car to worry offer me compensation for even one of the bad tires. This came after they denied any damage even when I showed them proof in the pre shipment video. Communication after the sell was awful, with huge delays. I dealt with both Tony and Shawn. Buying the car was actually very simple I can't complain about that part, however they would not take responsibility for the damage nor was it disclosed prior to my purchase. I don't leave unwarranted bad reviews feel free to check my history. I wouldn't do business with them again, and I certainly wouldn't buy anything from them without going over it myself.

    I saw the reviews online about this place. 3 out of 5 stars. I assumed it was just customers upset over nit pick things. NO. They are Right!!! Beware of this place! The customer service does Suck! That was one of the complaints on reviews. If that’s how you treat people and (bad reviews about that), I’m sure the other reviews about the Maintenance of the vech( should say Lack of) is probably right too. I’d rather by a Used stick of bubblegum from a homeless person than a car from these people.

    Horrible Communication

    Horrible! Sent 3 email request for contact on a car over two days! Called and was told I’d have a call back in 5-10 minutes after sales person talked to GM about a deposit to hold....no call back. Call again...different person...oh it sold earlier today. Well I tried to but for 3 days

    They treated me like I was inconsequential. Like my business didn’t matter. They didn’t communicate, show empathy, or try to sell to me. I am a disabled woman who was trying to purchase a vehicle virtually. With all that is going on with COVID-19 I would have thought that they would have been more understanding and accommodating! I will never give them my business and I suggest no woman who wants to be treated respectfully go here either.

    Do not buy cars from this dealership. They are not in the business of selling cars, they are in the business of playing games with customers and wasting valuable time. I saw a CR-V online, called them to make sure its available and setup an appointment to buy the CR-V. I drove 1 hour to reach their dealership, waited for 20 min since the sales rep. is assisting another customer and finally when they are free to assist me sales rep Anthony approaches and tells me someone put a deposit on the same CR-V I came there to buy and he cant sell it to me. Unbelievable !!! I asked him to show me the evidence, he gets mad goes inside prints a piece of paper SLAMS that paper on the table and rudely tells me I called him a liar ! With this kind of treatment to the customers and lacking common sense of keeping the customer informed I strongly believe they don’t deserve earning anyones business.

    DON'T BUY FROM HERE!!!!!

    I had my cousin who lives in GA (45 minutes away from the dealership) to go look at a BMW Z4 for me because I live in VA. My cousin wen to look at the car on Monday but was told the car was not available because it was gone to get an inspection. As a result, they set up an appointment for my cousin to come back on Thursday to look at the car. The dealership called my cousin an hour before the appointment time to confirm that he was still coming, only to get there and the car not be there. I spoke with a manager on the phone and told him how upset I was about their poor service and before I could get off the phone, he hung up on me. This place is a disgrace and they should be shutdown!!!! They LIE to customers and they have HORRIBLE customer service!!!!!!!!! Shut this place down!!!!!!!

    Stopped in to check out a vehicle on my list, Sales person greeted me outside and answered all my questions and was not pushy at all and respected my time. I ended up buying the vehicle the same day! thank you Faiz and Omar for being upfront with me.

    They don't have integrity at all. At the end of Feb. I was looking Honda CR-V to buy. I saw one Honda CR-V 2013 at their web site and chatted with their rep. to make sure the availability of the car and the time I can see it and do the test drive. He assured to me the availability of the car and can do test drive the next day. On the next day, I called them to make sure as the car still available before I head to them. Again they assured me as it is still on their hand. But, when I got them after 30 mins driving, one of the sales rep. that I talked him before mins told me that as the car is on service and for a week. I disappointed at the time b/c I called and asked them before I came to them. The funny thing (it is not actually funny) is, he promised to me to hold the car for me and call me when the car is ready b/c of I was very interested to get the car. However, when I check their web site after I left from there, the car is there as it was, but the next day, when I check the web site to check something new, I saw they changed (raised up) the price of car. I disappointed texted to them why they lied to me and didn't tell me the truth and and why they didn't ask me atleast apologize for their mistake. Even if they need to change the price, at least they need to ask me apology, b/c I called them before I come and spent my time, fuel, and labor by their problem. And after they got my text message, another rep. called me and told me as the car still in service but will be done in two or three days and they decieded to give me on the previous price and he will call me when the car is ready. They didn't show up till to day and never ask me apologize! This is very disrespectful. Never ever seen this kind of customer service in my life! This is not a right way to have a good brand. The car still didn"t sold out; still on their web site. I got better car in better price with great customer service. I don't recommend this place to any one I knew. They killed my time!

    This dealership sold me a Jeep Grand Cherokee that less than 24hrs needed a new engine! They refuse to help me out, because I didn’t finance the vehicle I paid the total balance! My advice to everyone shopping for a vehicle from this dealership to make sure they go there with their mechanic! They defrauded me because they now the engine was bad! I would not recommend this dealership for any one, unless you have a lot of money to waste!

    Save yourself the headache. Run the other way. This dealer is the definition of shady. If you purchase from them I promise you will regret your decision. They sold me a car with problems that cost over $5,000. They tried to hide it and when confronted they didn’t want to answer the phone anymore.
