  Very Disappointed

  I purchased a 2017 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk and have gone back and forth with this dealership to get my vehicle right. I feel this vehicle should have never been on the lot if not Ready to sell. After taking it off the lot I noticed a crack in windshield not given a key for my sunroof and I’m still going around with no license plate in the of my car. A customer should Not have to make Several phone calls to get her car Right !!!!

  Terrible service! I Received a recall notice in the mail for A.C. Problem. Brought car in for service. Was also told that I'd get a discount w/coupon for service. First off they acted as if they'd never heard about any discount. Ultimately they supposedly "fixed" Hot air blowing from A.C. Worked initially after leaving as it was blowing cool air, but, it's since reverted back to blowing hot air again. We've had 90's degree plus days so far. I'm calling Auto Lenders out to fix my Jeep, once and for all, or else!

  Used car tire sensor not covered on warranty

  I througt 6 month guarantee included tire sensors. Shameful they won't fix. Car is two months bought 2011 Ram 4. Paid cash 16k. It should not have an issue so early.

  Great experience. I really wasn’t expecting to find anything their. They did a search and kept on top of what I wanted. I got a call from them a few days later and they had something I asked for. 24 hours later I drove it off the lot as mine. I will absolutely buy again from them.

  Easy Going and Efficient Car Purchase Experience

  I traveled ~60 miles to look at a car with my family and Auto Lenders didn't disappoint. Ask for Ryan W. he was courteous, cooperative and supported making myself and my family as comfortable as possible. Hate car shopping? Try doing it with (3) kids under 5 yo on a cold, rainy day. Ryan and his team made them comfortable and gave them snacks and drinks to help pass the time. They helped me with moving (3) car seats into the van to test drive and ultimately I purchased a used Honda Odyssey that just came in and in the process traded in (2) vehicles. It was as seamless as I could imagine the process. Thank you Ryan and your team for such great service, I would definitely look to use AL again.
