  I have used Ralph Mitchell and Autoland now for over 10 years. I have purchased or leased 3 vehicles and have been happy with them all. This one was a Highlander and he makes the process very easy. With Ralph, I dont feel pressured or like he is selling me. He is straight up, honest, and willing to negotiate. He doesnt force people into cars. We have a very good relationship with them.

  No courtesy call

  I made an appointment a day in advance to see a specific car. After sitting an hour in traffic, I arrived to hear the car had already been sold. Not sure if they are running a bait and switch operation here, but no courtesy call that a car I had an appointment to see was sold is unacceptable. The two sales representatives did not apologize and simple wanted to show me "another" Jeep. Very disappointing
