  Deceptive and Inconsiderate of Customers

  I went to Autogreen looking for a used car. I found a 2008 RAV4. I tested the car, and it drove well. A couple days later I realized there was a dull knocking sound coming from the front right side of the car. I waited a couple more days hoping the sounds would go away, but it didn’t. I went to a car shop and was told there was a suspension issue that would cost almost 2000 dollars to fix. The information about the suspension issue was never divulged to me at Autogreen. I was deceived and screwed out of 2000 dollars. Go somewhere else.

  Bad experience

  We came from out of town to look at a vehicle posted online. We made sure to call, check availability and set a time to be there. But when we showed up no one knew about our appointment and instead of finding out we were to go to a small building outside where someone would help us. But there was no one there! We called the owner who said theyd call so someone could help us. But after waiting for almost 10 minutes we just left. This place is very unhelpful, plus their cars look like theyve been sitting there awhile and most need new tires. Unhelpful 1/5 stars. We are serious buyers who felt very brushed off.
