    Bait and switch
by Dissapointed from Corona, CA | August 12, 2020

2013 Leaf advertised online for $5150 (dealer site and cars.com Go to see car and there's about $2,500 in add ons (Lojack, clear coat, scotch guard) and $1,000 cash sale fee (it's in the fine print). Sales man initially stated battery had 10 year/100,000 mile warranty when it's actually only eight years. Couldn't be bothered to hook up ODB and readout detailed battery health. Waste of time all around.

    Dishonest Online Prices. Terrible Management
by Steven from Oxnard, California | June 30, 2020

Warning! do not buy a car from this dealership! I saw a car listed on their website that I liked. I called to see if I could make an appointment. Daisey was helping me and I asked her if there were going to be any additional fees. I told her I would like to know up front because I am traveling over 3 hours to get there. She promised me the online advertised price was the final price plus taxes. When we got there our salesperson Jose warned us that the price you see online is not the price that we would get. That the management tells their staff to intentionally lie to there customers to get them through the door. We asked to talk to the manager. So John the manager comes to the desk and immediately gives us some BS excuse on why he could never sell vehicles at the advertised price online. We were trying to explain to him that if you are going to do that why wouldn't they have told us that over the phone so we didnt waste our time and gas going to the dealership. We informed him we were going to buy two vehicles one for my wife and one for my mom. He said at that price you should buy 3 or 4. His arrogance was unbelievable. I had him bring up his ad online and asked him to show me where it says that you would have to pay the extra fees. He said that we do not put it there but only military get that price. I then asked him please show me where it says that. He was unable to do so. The management here is very dishonest. They only honest person that we dealt with was Jose the salesman who was upfront with us from the beginning.

    Super bad experience
by Zack from Murrieta, CA | June 20, 2020

More than $ 5,000 hidden fees. Never put the correct price on their website. Disrespectful to customers specially their sales manger/ supervisor in Murrieta named Sam. He is so aggressive. He doesn’t know how to deal or respect customers. If there is a rate of zero. I will not be hesitant to give it to them

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS
by AmyC from San Diego, CA | May 25, 2020

I sure wish I had checked out these reviews BEFORE I wasted a Saturday morning at this horrible place. The experience was miserable, and the owners should be ashamed. The list price is a ruse, the sales pitch is shady, and the business practices are unethical. To advertise a car at $10K then tell the customer that the price is actually almost $13K because the car has been "upgraded" with unwanted, unnecessary add-ons (paint protection??? lo jack AND theft protection??? which they claim is worth an extra three thousand dollars???????) is unethical. Worse, this surprise addition to the sticker price was the LAST thing we were told, after an uncomfortable hour discussing the car near other customers who were not wearing masks, and the manager who came over with his mask on his chin. Before we learned of the "bonus" $3K we'd have to pay, we got the runaround about independent evaluation of the vehicle. With no warranty, I wanted to be sure that if I bought the car and took it to my mechanic and he found serious issues, that I could bring the car back. The salesperson told me this wouldn't be possible unless I purchased the extended warranty. Huh??? Then, the manager says the law requires him to allow this, but I'd be charged $250 to return the car if my mechanic didn't approve it. HUH??????? Truly disappointing, in every way. Such a "used car dealer" cliche.

    Bait and Switch
by Marie Kho from Adelanto | May 08, 2020

Bait and switch tactics, no customer service and then months of spamming. I contacted this dealership because they advertised a very good deal for the car I was looking to buy. I made an appointment and went to look at the car. Approximately 30 minutes before my appointment time someone texted me to confirm my appointment. I was stuck in traffic and contacted dealership that I was about 30 minutes away which would make me about 15 minutes late. The salesperson whom I made the appointment with, who verified the appointment, advised it would be no problem. When I arrived (about 10 minutes after my appointment) I was advised that the salesperson I had been in contact with would not be the one I was seeing because the "internet salespeople" only make appointments. The salesperson asked which car I was here to see (i had figured that info should have been given to the petson, but apparently internet sales either cold transfer clients or the salesperson couldn't be bothered to look at the computer. When I told him which car I was there to see, he got a bit loud and animated going about how he "just" sold the car. When I asked why wasn't I informed, he insisted that he just came from selling the car. I pointed out that I was contacted approximately 45 minutes ago and again approximately 30 minutes ago regarding the appointment and should have been told then the car was sold. He advised the car wasn't sold then. I scoffed because it takes longer than 45 minutes to buy a car from a dealership. He said it was a cash sale so it went faster. I advised that getting a money order or bank check takes time. He advised they came with a money order for the purchase amount. (Really, people get babk checks for 17k in advance.....not buying it) He decided to offer to show me a similar car that would cost nearly 1k more, it was dirty and had food debris on it. He advised it hadn't been detailed yet and if I bought it, I couldn't take it home unless I wanted to bring it back to get detailed later....so 1k more for a dirty car....no thanks.... Then was told there was a 695.00 tranfer fee for lojack. Lojack doesn't charge a transfer fee.... I was told by the sales manager that the "fee" was non negotiable. (It was negotiable at other dealerships. I just needed to sign that I was declining lojack and it would not be able to be activated in the future) I explained that I came ready to buy a car but that car was no longer available but they had an exact same year/make/model and specs but for nearly 1k more. I had driven 2 hours in traffic to see the vehicle. Before I drove out I had confirmed my appointment, 30 minutes out they had confirmed my appointment and no one mentioned the car was sold. They advised that unless I paid to hold it, they sale first come first serve. I wasn't advised I needed to pay to hold it, I wasn't advised that (according to the sakesman) I was the last of 6 appointments to see that car that day. The saleman told me it was illegal for them to hold the car with payment. He said that if someone came in to look at the car but it was on hold, it was illegal. I then showed him where the very car I came to see was still listed. He then said it can take a few days for IT to update the site. I pointed out I came to see a car that shows on the website just like his scenario....he got huffy and asked if I wanted to look at the car or not. We decided not purchase from them. Several texts came that night. I texted back that I had completed my purchase eleswhere and would not purchase from them. Several texts came the next day and the next. I responded to stop texting me. Several more texts came, an average of 10 a day from different numbers. I blocked the numbers and requested to be removed from their list and not be contacted. Over a month later and I am still getting spam from them via text and email. I never opted in to be contacted for anything other than my appointment.

Absolutely Terrible. READ the FINE print
by Michael from Irvine, Ca | May 04, 2020

Absolutely terrible. You cannot get an email quote or speak to a live sales rep during Covid19. You MUST schedule an appointment and physically go to the dealership. I live 45 minutes away so this was a huge hassle. Why can’t they just email me a quote like every other dealer??? They price their cars cheap to get you in the door but they added $3300 in dealer fees. They justify it by saying it’s listed on their site in the fine print but that doesn’t excuse the garbage that they are selling to pad their pockets. $695 LoJack, $1395 appearance protection, $895 Theft Protect on every vehicle whether you want it or not. I was ready to pay cash for the vehicle and they penalize you because you aren’t financing through them. Ouch. They wanted $10,500 cash for a vehicle listed $5925 on their site. No Thank You! Received an email quote from my local dealer and purchase through them I went to my local dealer and paid $7300 Out The Door for the same vehicle. They -asked -if I wanted LoJack, Extended Warranties, and Dealer add-ons. They didn’t force me to buy anything that I didn’t need or want.....

We drove a long ways for terrible customer service
by JMan from Bakersfield, CA | May 01, 2020

This lot was absolutely horrendous when it comes to customer service! We had an appt, showed up to the appt and they looked like the three stooges trying to figure out who was gonna help us. We FINALLY found someone who was going to help us and so as we are looking around things like the PRICE was secret info or something. We find one that we like and he had taken a pic of my drivers license in their tablet and then asked if he could go make a copy of the license. No worries! I hand it to him and tell him I will wait there to get my license back so we can take it for a drive, he says ok brb. Boy was that a tall tale! loi we sat in that car waiting and waiting, had checked out EVERYTHING on the vehicle and still waiting and waiting. Mind you the vehicle is like 50 feet from the door to their offices! Finally after a long while I call the dealership to find out where my license is and while she is finding it my salesman comes back out with it. He then tells me we need to get out so he can pull it out on the street and we can walk to the street and take it from him there. That was too much for me, we left! The kicker is we drove from a ways away to even look at the vehicles. NEVER again, buyer beware! If the customer service was this bad to TRY and buy a car from them imagine how truly bad it will be once the purchase is made!! Update: They contacted me and said "sorry". What a joke! Traveled from far to see a car and crappy crappy service!!

    Nice salesperson. Shady practices.
by James from Corona | April 26, 2020

First off this is not a reflection of our saleperson Jose, he was a nice man and seemed to be understanding of our issues with the dealership. First off we are looking for a Dodge Grand Caravan. As of today they have at least 10 different cars at great deals. Low and behold every single one of them is already gone and have been for days. Yet they are still listed on cars.com and their own dealer site. They do not update the web, in my belief because it creates interest and traffic. This is a classic bait and switch tactic to get you to call or drive to the dealership. Always call first and have the stock number in hand, you will be disappointed. When we finally set an appointment they had one of the lower priced vehicles actually in stock. A good price at $12k. We got there, nice vehicle, ready to make a decision...But wait....Dealer add-ons like LoJack, Some gimmick paint protect and some other worthless feature in my mind had been tacked on for an additional $3200!! So just remove them you say...Sorry we cannot, these add-ons are non negotiable. So if you don't want an embedded GPS tracker on your car you need to go somewhere else. What started out as a "Good" deal...is now a Van costing over $17k out the door. Basically the list price at every other dealership selling these vans. Stay away from this dealership I just saved you 2 hours of your time to find out that the prices are too good to be true for a reason.
