    NEVER AGAIN AUDI
by Mark Mcgarry from San Diego, CA | July 24, 2020

Never in my life have I had a more underhanded and unethical customer service experience than with Audi San Diego AND Audi America. Customers are considered the enemy and GUILTY until proven innocent. I have never been so infuriated and have little confidence that this feedback will make any difference. This was the single worst investment I have made in my life (time and $$$$). Never again. I will bash Audi's name every opportunity I get for the rest of my life.

    WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
by Patrick Halliday from Peoria | June 25, 2020

DO NOT Trust these salesmen. Especially Ferduke Martinez. He is absolute xxxx. He agreed in principal on the sale of a car, obtained all of my information and I was awaiting money wire instructions when he let another salesman work on a deal and pull it from me! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING after I agreed to the purchase price and everything!!!!

    Nickle and dime charge
by Martha Page from San Diego, CA | June 25, 2020

George, the service specialist, was efficient, helpful, and friendly, as always. I remain annoyed that Audi charges $200 for a key which deprogrammed for no reason that can be attributed to anything I did. The key sits in a drawer as a backup but has to be useful. Despite George's explanation of the complex process to reprogram, that's Audi's fault for poor design, not mine as a car owner! Esp. on a car that is less than 5 years old!

    Audi San Diego Service Center
by Oscar Estrada from San Diego, California | April 23, 2020

I had a bad experience from the moment I walked in with the advisor Nacho and contradicting information I received from the call center about the hours I would be able to walk in and he just said no to me didn?t even offer solutions until I brought them up. I even related my experience to the manager Russ and he didn?t seem to care or didn?t even apologize. He just said it?s not his fault the call center provided false information he says he can?t control what ?they? do and that the service center and the call center were 2 completely different things. If it wasn?t because I paid for a service plan I wouldn?t take my car back. I dropped it off on a Saturday and told it would be ready Monday, but my car wasn?t ready until Tuesday. I?ll have to reconsider before ever buying an Audi ever again. Terrible experience.

    helpful staff and great inventory
by needleinahaystack from San Diego, CA | February 24, 2020

I came in looking for a very specific vehicle, one that I knew would be very hard to find. They were able to show me cars that matched my criteria as closely as possible and when I wasn’t completely satisfied with all the options offered to me, they were very understanding.

    Beware!!!
by Scott S from Manhattan Beach | November 19, 2019

Beware when buying a "Certified" car from this dealership! I recently bought a "Certified Pre-Owned" SQ5 from this dealership only to have it in for service twice and have to spend over $2,000 on brakes after around 1000 miles of driving it... I took a hard look at the paperwork and it appears that the Certified Audi Technician seems to have exaggerated (LIED!) on the paperwork... As an example, the portion on the breaks show the brake pads "all" at 7mm which is impossible as front and rear wear different. When I took it to a different Audi dealer, they measured them in front of me and in fact they were; Front 5mm and Rear 2mm!!! This is all in around 1000 miles. In fact, the new dealership did not want me to drive off with it for safety reasons. On top of this, it is the same situation with the rotors; Certification says 23mm and actually 20.5mm. I did call the selling dealer and was actually accused of taking it to the track and tearing it up??? Is there even a track in So Cal? I was appalled by the response and had to file a claim with Audi N America and that is getting me nowhere! It feels like they did not want the cost of new breaks to certify it so they lied... Makes me wonder what else I am going to find? This is my first Audi and I am rethinking the entire brand...

NOT SO GOOD - SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT AUDI SAN DIEGO
by Angelo from San Diego, CA | September 16, 2019

Went for regular service at 55k, initial quote was approx. $700, final invoice $1,446…. Labor cost charged was $779 ($190 per hour), but I arrived at Audi SD at 10:54 and left at 13:24 the same day (that includes waiting time at the desk, talking to the service advisor, paying, car wash etc…), so labor should have been approx.. 2 hours, therefore $380 and not $779, so that is a $399 rip-off. I complained several times to the manager, Mark Monell, but so far nothing happened. I recommend anyone going to Audi SD for service to check carefully all invoices/receipts, as I suspect they would overcharge not only labor, but also parts.

    Outstanding service center
by Shawn L from San Diego, CA | June 10, 2019

Through many experiences, I have found Audi San Diego to have an automotive service center that exemplifies excellence and integrity. The service manager Mark M. has a created a high expectations for himself and his team. These expectations carry through the service consultants with Manny G. and Jerald C. making accurate preconditions, making difficult conversations accessible and easy to understand. Recently Manny G. went the extra mile to ensure that my warranty packages were honored and that all items were completed as if my car was new. I have been to many service centers over the years, and Audi San Diego has been by far my best experience.

    Always a great experience
by None from San Diego, CA | May 26, 2019

I truly appreciate the service at Audi San Diego. Nacho always takes great care of me, get me a loaner when I need one, and makes sure my care is all ready to go when I arrive. I’ve had to visit several times with my RS3, but it’s rarely been an issue with the car and more tire issues caused by all the potholes in our city. Highly recommend this dealership and couldn’t love my car more than I do so I’m sure I’ll be doing business with them for a loooong time.
