    This dealership sucks, to be blunt. I bought two cars at once, the day before their showroom was more or less shut down due to Covid-19. One is fine - A4, the other - A3 - I can guarantee was in an accident not reported to Carfax. The trim is falling off; he has trouble with the front end, motor problems - electric system, frozen high tech stuff. There are safety issues with he car. I don't want my son hurt but I would sue Audi of Fairfield for not being responsible and allowing a 23 year old kid to drive an unsafe car The General Manager is a waste of time. I am working with Audi of America and The Penske Group to get the car replaced before I have to hire an attorney. Repair guys are really nice and understand and agree that the car is a problem, but they have no say over the useless General Manager.

    Chris Campanelli has become my go to advisor. My A4 suffered two flat tires after hitting a pot hole. While it was in, several recalls and a leaking thermostat were all fixed with ease. We had some questions and Chris took the time to clearly explain everything to us.

    When I turned on the stereo on my brand new car it sounded awful. Both the sales person and the technician said it sounded like something was wrong - he described it as sounding like he had a bucket over his head. I agreed with this description. After assessing it I was told that this is just the way it sounds and they couldn’t do anything to fix it. This is very difficult to accept after two people at the dealership said it wasn’t working correctly. And after spending a large amount of money to purchase the car. I will be patient as I await a response to my disappointment. However we are not off to a good start.

    I brought my car to Audi Fairfield and was received immediately. The check in was quick and professional. We discussed what was to be done. I went for a nice walk outside and then returned to the Audi lounge to read my book. The work on my car was done in the time promised. I paid my bill and went out to my washed car which was a special treat for me. All the setting inside the car were exactly the way I left them. Overall a wonderful experience at Audi.
