    My sales person, Mark Johnson, was excellent. He was so good at explaining and demonstrating all of the features of my car. By the time he finished I was so excited about buying the new car! I recommend him highly. I also really like the dealership. The premises are so nice looking and very clean.

    Seemingly good work, but not good communication

    We called and, based on a discussion with a Customer Service Rep, scheduled two cars for servicing. When we arrived we were told it was too soon to have one of the cars serviced, but they provided a 25,000 miles service on the other. We were told it could take up to two hours, and the work exceeded that time frame. We were frustrated in that (1) we did not need to bring two cars, and (2) the time allotted was exceeded. This has not happened in our previous visits to this dealership.

    My Audi was broken but now it isn't.

    One of their sales associates called several dealerships and service centers in North Carolina and Virginia in order to verify a service history on my secondhand car, so the repair that my car needed would be covered by the extended warranty. All employees I encountered were extremely friendly, and the work was done extremely quickly considering how much of the car actually had to come apart.

    I have been having my two Audi's serviced here since 2014. Everything in the process from first call to final pick-up is exemplary. Every care specialist is efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. Sal and Phil are just great and in the past Jennifer was outstanding also. Service plus the Audi's themselves make a brand package that's hard to beat.

    I would definitely recommend going to Audi Northlake. The salesperson, Conner McCloud was very helpful. He did not use a pressure sales technique in helping me to find my dream car. I spoke to him prior to arriving. He did his homework to have the cars I mentioned being interested in, ready to look at and drive. He explained the features of the car and demonstrated several of them as I test drove the vehicle. I found him very knowledgeable about the car and features. He stayed after-hours to help me in finding my car, financing information and explaining the car buying process at Audi Northlake.

    My husband and I had an excellent experience car shopping at Audi Northlake in Charlotte. Our sales person was knowledable and extremely personable. We have not made a purchase yet, but will definitely stay in contact with Stephen Duty to find what we’re looking for.
