He explained my vehicle of interest, a pre-owned Ram 1500 and took us for a leisurely test drive. I never felt pressured at all into making the purchase. Later that day when I made my decision, I texted him and he arranged everything. At delivery everything was perfect. I sat with the Business Manager Jeremy McLean and he too was friendly and engaging. I would absolutely recommend Nick and the whole team at Audi Northlake to all of my friends and family!

When I returned later in the week the waited for a few minutes after closing after my plane was late so that I get my keys and care.
