  Great service on my A7 for a recall. Hendrick picked up my car leaving me with a loaner. Next day they delivered my repaired car. Communication from Phil was excellent.

  Found a used car online, visited that afternoon. Dealer was ready with everything needed to give me information, answer questions and close the transaction. Drove out in my new (used) car in a couple of hours. Great experience.

  My salesperson Nick Gilman was exceptional. He was very friendly and not the least bit pushy. He explained my vehicle of interest, a pre-owned Ram 1500 and took us for a leisurely test drive. I never felt pressured at all into making the purchase. Later that day when I made my decision, I texted him and he arranged everything. At delivery everything was perfect. I sat with the Business Manager Jeremy McLean and he too was friendly and engaging. I would absolutely recommend Nick and the whole team at Audi Northlake to all of my friends and family!

  Staff was very accommodating and efficient. I got in and out quick as I was leaving my car and catching a flight out of CLT. When I returned later in the week the waited for a few minutes after closing after my plane was late so that I get my keys and care.
