    Amazing Experience - Go see Daphne!!!

    I had the best car buying experience at Audi Northlake and especially with Daphne as my personal sales agent!! She was completely amazing and extremely personable!! After extensive online research into the different makes and models that I was interested in, I decided to get out and test drive once I had my list narrowed down. Originally, I went to Carmax based on reputation and a personal recommendation but found the service to be very underwhelming. Afterwards I decided to visit Audi Northlake due to a listing I had found on cars.com. Even though I had several other places on my list to visit, the service that I received from Daphne and her fellow associates was enough to eliminate the other options. I have nothing but good things to say about her and this specific location. Daphne immediately built such a great report and earned my complete trust as a customer. Additionally, Audi Northlake goes above and beyond to offer the VIP experience and are extremely customer focused. This location certainly does Hendrick Automotive proud (in my book at least) and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase!

    I bought a used vehicle here about a year ago and I had many things promised to me while I was trying to purchase the vehicle. The dealership told me they would touch up the bumpers, take out any dents/dings, replace all the brake rotors and brake pads and finally give the vehicle a detail. Upon taking delivery I mentioned the dings nor the bumpers were given attention and I was told there just wasn't any room in the budget after doing all the brakes. So I just accepted that and moved on because I thought I had all new brakes all around. A year down the road I have found out that none of that was actually completed like I had thought. I went to get my vehicle inspected for registration purposes and it failed. My brakes were so bad that the shop employees are surprised they hadn't caught fire. I'm no mechanic so I had no idea my brakes were this bad. Here I am a year later and I need brake pads, 2 wheel calipers and rotors for all 4 wheels. I am so frustrated with this dealership and just disappointed. I felt confident throughout the buying process and it was all empty promises come to find. The dealership is very beautiful and clean but buyers beware. Always check to make sure the promises that are made to you are kept.

    My buying experience was great the entire team was amazing. Daphne is not only beautiful but she is great to work with. Tory was great also as well as the technology guys that went over the car. I would definitely recommend this dealership and team to everyone thank you Daphne for getting it started.

    Had 4 new tires put on my vehicle. However, the technicians failed to inflate the tires to the standard pressure. Technicians ignored ?under inflated tires? warning displayed.

    Sal worked with me to get the water pump covered through the dealer I originally purchased my car through. Despite not purchasing my Audi through the Hendrick network, Sal took care of me as if I had. 10/10.

    Not Happy With Either Pricing or Explanation

    I felt over charged for the replacement of a battery. $300 for a new battery is ridiculous any way you look at it. I felt as if I had to use the dealer because of some issue with the computer in the car. 0 Additionally, I was quoted $275 over the phone, but charged $300 at the dealer. But the most disturbing issue is I was given the hard sell on replacing a timing chain and timing chain tensioner at a cost of $1,900 /-. The entire engine was rebuilt in 2014 or 2013 due to the car using too much oil. One would think the timing chain and tensioner would have been inspected then and replaced if needed. Another mechanic told me the timing chain issue is caused by low oil pressure. At any rate, I am under the impression the engine has an extended warranty after it was rebuilt. If I need to get the timing chain and tensioner replaced, I am likely to do it elsewhere. I already have another quote in the $1,000 to $1,100 ballpark.
