    This my second vehicle from Audi Northlake. Both times I have had the pleasure of working with Mr Mark Johnson. Mr Johnson is a true professional. Made buying my second car as easy as the first one. I have already convinced myself that I will definitely be back for my third, as well as tell all my friends and family members about Mark and Audi of Northlake .

    Highly recommend making this your first and first stop when shopping for a new luxury vehicle. I recently bought an A3 and although I didn't know much about them, my salesman, Mark Johnson, took great care to understand what I was looking for. I can't get over how solid, and fun to drive my new A3 is. I look forward to a continued relationship with Audi Northlake.

    Amazing Experience - Go see Daphne!!!

    I had the best car buying experience at Audi Northlake and especially with Daphne as my personal sales agent!! She was completely amazing and extremely personable!! After extensive online research into the different makes and models that I was interested in, I decided to get out and test drive once I had my list narrowed down. Originally, I went to Carmax based on reputation and a personal recommendation but found the service to be very underwhelming. Afterwards I decided to visit Audi Northlake due to a listing I had found on cars.com. Even though I had several other places on my list to visit, the service that I received from Daphne and her fellow associates was enough to eliminate the other options. I have nothing but good things to say about her and this specific location. Daphne immediately built such a great report and earned my complete trust as a customer. Additionally, Audi Northlake goes above and beyond to offer the VIP experience and are extremely customer focused. This location certainly does Hendrick Automotive proud (in my book at least) and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase!

    I bought a used vehicle here about a year ago and I had many things promised to me while I was trying to purchase the vehicle. The dealership told me they would touch up the bumpers, take out any dents/dings, replace all the brake rotors and brake pads and finally give the vehicle a detail. Upon taking delivery I mentioned the dings nor the bumpers were given attention and I was told there just wasn't any room in the budget after doing all the brakes. So I just accepted that and moved on because I thought I had all new brakes all around. A year down the road I have found out that none of that was actually completed like I had thought. I went to get my vehicle inspected for registration purposes and it failed. My brakes were so bad that the shop employees are surprised they hadn't caught fire. I'm no mechanic so I had no idea my brakes were this bad. Here I am a year later and I need brake pads, 2 wheel calipers and rotors for all 4 wheels. I am so frustrated with this dealership and just disappointed. I felt confident throughout the buying process and it was all empty promises come to find. The dealership is very beautiful and clean but buyers beware. Always check to make sure the promises that are made to you are kept.
