    My husband and I recently purchased an Audi from Continental Audi of Naperville and we couldn't be happier. We had the pleasure of working with Gonzalo and we were extremely pleased. Our entire experience was excellent and we couldn't have asked for someone better to work with. I had read past positive reviews from others on their experience with Gonzalo and I couldn't agree more. The entire customer service experience he showed us was 5 star-excellence. I never felt the phony car sales experience that many of us have been a part of in past car buying purchases. Gonzalo was professional, courteous, very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know. Also, the service department is also excellent. I worked with Keith and he too provided excellent service. Great experience all around! Thank you Gonzalo, Keith, and Continental Audi.

    I never take the time to write reviews but Audi of Naperville deserves it! We bought a used SUV from here recently with John Z. he was great to deal with! He never made us feel pressured and even went above and beyond to contact the previous owner of the car we were purchasing to see if they had an item that went with the car. I hate the whole car buying process but with much research on the car we were purchasing we got a great deal and walked away happy with our SUV and the experience!

    I am always very pleased working with Rob Grignon and and company at Continental Audi. Sales manager Victor has been great as well. In this case I took delivery on a new TTRS. The price was fair, my trade in went smoothly, and the special RS delivery treatment was great. All in all, highly recommended. JohnP

    Buying a car from Gonzalo was a great experience. I called him about a car I saw online and he gave me all the information I requested immediately, it was almost as if he new I was going to call for that specific car. All I can say is thank you for the good service, especially the time and effort in making me feel like royalty. The Audi is great! Certainly the best vehicle I’ve driven so far. It really was the best experience I have had buying a car.

    This is regarding my service experience at this location. I setup a service for a recall on November 1st using the online system. At this point the system knows why I am coming in for service, it was scheduled to November 11th. (10 days heads up) Issue-1 On November 11th I dropped my car to the service station 10mins later a tech person came and told me that this is for a recall and they have to order the part. (hmm you already knew why I was coming why wasn't the part ordered, or gave me call and not waste my time). Told me that they will be ordering the part and will give me a call once the part is in. Issue-2 Never received a call from the service on November 28th gave them a call to follow up, the tech told me that the part is in and we scheduled an appointment for December 4th. I was driving and asked them if they can email it to me and this was never done had to call and confirm. Issue-3 Once again dropped my car for the recall issue, they told me that all is good got my car back left the service station. Came on and realized that my Start/Stop button on my A5 is no longer working!!! Called them immediately got voice mail and left them a message. I followed up in the morning and surprisingly they told me that the part they replaced has nothing to do with the start/stop and told me that I have to schedule an appointment! I am sorry Continental Audi of Naperville, but I don't believe in coincidences and it can sure be a human error where someone could have pulled a cable and disconnect something since this issue was not present until I dropped my car it is only normal for you to take an immediate action and take a look at the issue before telling me it is not your fault! Your service tech telling me I have to take an appointment and pay for that is just none sense! This is not even 1 star customer satisfaction.

    I had an excellent expereince in buying an used Audi A5. Amy Brooks from the sales team was very knowledgeble and helpful in showing all the features of the car patiently. She was prompt in putting together all the papers like maintenance log on a single request. The finance manager Josh was very good and didn't apply any pressure in selling extended warranties. I am very happy with the purchase. I highly recommend this dealership.
