    I recently had a great experience, we had gone to another Audi dealership where my wife was attempting to buy an Audi and was not treated well at all. So we ended up here, they were so down to earth and low pressure that we bought the car from Continental. The buying experience from Josh in the finance office, to Shane the sales manager and Jeff our sales professional was so easy we bought a second car within a week. I highly recommend this dealership, as they are ethical and great to deal with and above all fair. I will buy from them again! Thanks to everyone at Continental, we are enjoying our Allroad and Q8!!!!

    They do not accept out of State "Certified"checks

    I began discussion with the Internet Sales Manager on Saturday 3/7/20 by clicking on the cars.com inquiry button. He replied promptly that the car was available. I called him and told him that the car had exactly the equipment I wanted and that I would drive from Detroit Michigan to Naperville Illinois on Monday. He said that he would call me Monday morning to let me know if the car was still available. Monday morning he told me that the car was available which I then told him I would prefer to fly to Chicago on Saturday and could I hold the car with a $1,000 charge to my credit card. He informed me that they can not hold the car until Saturday no matter how much deposit. My wife was very disappointed to here this news and convinced me to call the Internet sales Manager at Continental Audi of Naperville to tell him I would fly out tomorrow, Tuesday morning. He said that he would have a sales person contact me. In my conversation with the salesperson (approximately 10 AM Monday) I explained that I wanted to pick up the check from my credit union this afternoon so I could hop on an 8:30 AM flight Tuesday morning. He did ask me if the credit union would wire the money since they do not normally except out of state checks, which I replied that I was not sure. We ended the conversation with the understanding that he was going to ask my Credit union about a wire and he was going to send me the purchase order as well as go to his manager to talk about the certified check from my credit union. I also reminded him that we are one hour latter here in Detroit and my credit union closes at 5 PM. By 4PM I had not heard from the salesperson so I called the dealership and the operator put me though to his voicemail. After leaving a message I then called again and explained to the operator the story and that I only had 45 minute to get to my credit union. She told me someone would call me soon. I got off the call in and talked to my credit union who told me that if I got the dealer to email her the paperwork by 6PM she could next day fed ex the certified check so that I could hop on the 8:30AM flight the next morning. Next I got on the phone with my insurance company to get coverage. As I was wrapping up the discussion with my insurance company using my desk phone, another salesperson from the dealership called on my cell phone. He told me that the original salesperson had gone out to lunch and that he was told to call me. I explained that I was on the phone with my insurance company and that my credit union was waiting for his paperwork. The salesperson informed me that they do not accept out of state checks. Even when I explained that this is a certified check that would be sent via fed ex from my credit union he would not change his decision. I told him the deal is off and began my search the next day. I found a car at an Ohio dealership. When I told them of my experience with the Naperville Illinois dealership they replied that they would have no problem accepting a certified check even if it was from out of state. I drove to Mentor Ohio (Audi Mentor) that following Thursday and purchased a car almost exactly as what I was going to from Continental Audi of Naperville.

    I was sent told that a car I am looking is available in email. but when I visited the dealership, i was told car is sold and I can look for other available ones.

    I went to purchase a vehicle I seen online, when I arrived the vehicle was sold . I felt frustrated at the fact that nobody had the consideration to contact me and let me know before I drove an hour away from home. The sales manager was very apologetic about the issue and showed me a similar car . I considered getting the vehicle and because of the inconvenience he dropped the asking price. I ended up purchasing the vehicle so overall , it all worked out.

    I just wanted to reach out and express my wife and my satisfaction with Continental Audi - working with Omar, Josh, and Dan was a delight! We both feel that this was the best car buying experience we've had. Omar is a quality salesman and even better person -- Josh was very easy to work with and explained everything well -- the same can be said about Dan - there is so much to explain with such a great vehicle, but he did it with patience - couldn't ask for better or more! We highly recommend Continental Audi of Naperville!

    I've had around 20 vehicles in the past decade or so. My experience at Continental Audi was everything you would expect from a highline dealer and more. My Audi Brand Specialist, Gonzalo, was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive without a trace of pushy sales tactics. He and the Business Manager, Josh, did a fantastic job working with me to get the deal done remotely as I don't live in Chicagoland. I had originally asked to have my credit app sent to a specific lender that I have a relationship with, and Josh was able to save me over 1% on my interest rate after he called me to let me know a different lender had been more competitive with rates lately. That man knows his stuff! I purchased a CPO vehicle, so I definitely was not a big spender as far as Audi customers go, but the dealership treated me like royalty. Thanks for a smooth transaction and a beautiful car!! Go see Gonzalo!
