by Mdesooki from Orlado Florida | January 13, 2021My experience with Audi of Jacksonville unfortunately it’s unpleasant while I was buying 100 thousand dollar car they were only giving me one set of key and I demanded the second self key back in August I was promise I will get it delivered to my house a month after month I keep checking with my sales rep Marc and I keep hearing different excuses etc. dealership we still waiting on it will check and get back to you until late December I call BB ed again and I spoke to the manager David Buller I explain to him the whole situation he promised me he will fix it the next day he calls me and he was like yes we will send you a key but you have to program it I stated that was not our agreement I was promised a fully functioning key not just a key fob with that being programmed After battling this with him couple weeks later he got back to me and finally stated yes will get you the key but only in certain locations which each one of them is at least two hours away from me that means I will have to waste a full entire day two hours each way and also wait for the service to finish my car it does not make any sense the whole purpose of getting the key is that I don’t have to pay any extra money and as promised while I was Sign in for the deal I do not have to go out of my way and when I asked David why can I go to any range rover he stated because we only allowed to pay $200 for the key and other range rovers will charge us $1000. At this point I don’t believe it’s my responsibility to drive or go anywhere or have to worry about how much do you have to save I was promised a key and all I need to get is what I was promised without me losing any of my time and effort and driving for hours back-and-forth and waste whole whole entire day. I strongly do not recommend them they do not honor the words and if you do buy from them make sure everything‘s in writing I will take several actions against them I will report them to the Better Business Bureau as well as finding a lawsuit against the company. I have instructed my attorney to move forward with the lawsuit says not willing to solve this issue.

Had a new set of tires installed well before noon. Super service and the car cleaned before I got it back. Very impressed with the service provided. Thanks Rob !

I purchased 2019 Audi RS5 from Chris Davis ( sales representative) and Brock Koller (GM). The car exterior was in great condition after photos and FaceTime video inspection. The car was delivered via third party . Upon delivery, the delivery driver and I notice a hologram over the entire hood from improper detailing ( buffing) by Audi Jacksonville car detailer. I was assured this would be resolved. Their resolution was to drive 2.5 hours to their dealership and have the same car detailer correct the hologram, or check for $100. This is unacceptable. First, paint correction cost more then $100. Second , wasting more half a day allowing the same guy who damaged new paint with bad detailing technique is insane. The proper response should have been to cover the paint correction expense locally. With experience from other Audi dealership in Florida.....AVOID THIS ONE!

HE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE PROFESSIONAL, POLITE, OR COURTEOUS. EVERYONE AT THIS DEALERSHIP WAS VERY HELPFUL INCLUDING THE GENERAL MANAGER JAKE AND THE FINANCE GUY GARY!
