    No hassle experience in getting an A6

    Went shopping just over a week ago to check out an A6. Have looked at them before in years past at the prior Fresno dealer that sold Audi's, but was never able to get reasonable lease terms. Jag Singh at Audi Fresno met with me and quickly found out what my needs were. He came back within minutes with very good terms and they had a car on the lot that was equipped they way I wanted. The facility is beautiful and they were very helpful and thorough in reviewing the features of the car. I was in and out of there in just over and hour to do the paperwork and orientation in the car, which is much quicker than I have experienced buying other cars in the past.

    Audi RS7 Purchase

    Remarkably outstanding treatment from the sales manager (Giovanni Mercia) and sales reps (Chris Tatem and Sean). Approachable, agreeable and accommodating in all ways. I purchased an Audi RS7 and could not be more pleased, not just with the car, but with the delivery, ease of paperwork, introduction to the various controls and a follow up on more instructions regarding vehicle electronics and info systems. I would highly recommend this dealer, having experienced other Audi dealerships elsewhere in California, all of which are quite good, yet Audi Fresno sets particularly high standards for excellence in placing the customer first. As a side note, the service department matches the superb level found in the sales staff, both for Audi and Porsche (I have both marques).

    Audi of Fresno was so helpful. Customer service was amazing. Zach helped me with the car buying adventure. He was AWESOME! The car buying process was so easy and they were so helpful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a luxury car. They were AMAZING!!!

    Audi Fresno is tops in my book

    Last ThursdayI bought a very slightly used (5000+ miles) 2013 Jaguar XF from Audi Fresno and I had a very, very good experience with their entire operation. Living in Camarillo and almost 200 miles from this Fresno dealership, I felt I had to seriously investigate the dealership before I committed to driving over 400 round trip miles to purchase this car. My first contact was with Jag Singe on the phone. He discussed the facts about the car and how it came to the dealership. The good exchange and Jag's forthrightness prompted me to plan a rather long road trip to Fresno for the next day. When I called to let Jag know my plans, he said that day was his day off but he would make sure I got passed into capable hands on my arrival at the Fresno dealership. On the drive over and on his day off, Jag, called me twice to make sure all my lingering questions were answered, an action on his part which really impressed me. When I got to the dealership Ray Sanders met me and said he had heard about me coming to the Fresno dealership that day and quickly volunteered to get the car ready for a test drive. I took the car for a test drive, negotiated the sale including a trade-in as well as financing and was able to complete the whole process and start the drive home in my "new" Jaguar to Camarillo in about than 2 1/2 hours. That may be the fastest -- and clearly most pleasant/professional dealership transaction I have ever had in my 55+ years of buying cars. I can't say enough good about them and I wish their "new" ownership and dealership the very best of luck in the future.

    Love our A6!

    We hate buying cars, but Sean and the people at Fresno Audi made buying our new A6 super easy. We never felt pressured, and he even got the exact one we wanted from another dealer (we insisted on a color combo which was hard to find). We have only had it serviced one time so far, the 5k mile service, but Dan in the service department took great care of us, and we never felt "up-sold." So far we're extremely satisfied! If you go in ask for Sean in sales!

    To begin we couldn't find anyone to help us, so we went to the customer service desk. The receptionist called a sales person and we had to wait about 20min. We test drove a previously owned car and decided to come back the next day to purchase. We had a limited amount of time and I don't believe I have ever gotten slower service anywhere. The sales manager talked us out of using our finance company with an offer of a lower intrest rate. The "lower rate" was .13% lower and then they tacked on hundreds of dollars in fees that our original lender did not require. By that time we had been there 2hrs and didn't have time to back pedal. We were running late to a previous appointment. Upon getting the car home the change oil light came on as well as the tire pressure light. Two days later my husband realized that the alignment was off. We called the dealership who siad they would call us back but never did. We called back 2wks later & they said they would look at the car, but didn't get back to us. They seemed bent out of shape when my husband showed up at the dealership the following week to make an appointment. The next day they aired up a tire and spent 20minutes looking at the car and sent my husband packing saying that there was nothing wrong and that we needed to get an oil change. TACKY! Who sells you a car with a quarter tank of gas that badly needs an oil change? We took the car to sears who changed the oil and told us the the car was badly misaligned! Don't let the name and the pretty building fool you, this place has zero character and zero pride in service or customer satisfaction.

    I bought a used 2005 Porsche Carrera (997 w/33,000miles) from Porsche of Fresno and was told to be in "impeccable" condition. On the second week I detailed my Carrera and I noticed a body paint and clear coat peeling on the rear quarter panel from the rocker panel to the roof line and around the passenger door, poorly repainted; then I noticed wind noise from the windshield which soon turned out to be a poorly replaced windshield not to mention the E-break sleeve pulls off with a slightest of pressure. I contacted Porsche of Fresno continually for over a month and a half. I spoke the sales person who sold me the car, I spoke to Giovanni which is the sales manager at Porsche of Fresno and each of them never did and none of them made the effort too I had to call them back up to pursue the matter. When I spoke to each of them there answers were "the car is 'sold-as-is' and it was a 9 year old car and etc. etc." After filing a complaint with Porsche of North America a guy by the name of Jack which is the supervisor of both Porsche of Fresno and Bmw of Fresno (same ownership) his reply was "bring the car in and we can have the paint work done at our cost out of your pocket." In the end i contacted Porsche of North America and they can't force Porsche of Fresno to honor there car. I am distraught, disappointed and felt "taken" by a Porsche dealership. I expect this kind of treatment and this kind of car from a corner store car dealership, but if your a certified dealership that sells thousands of Porches you expect a higher grade of cars that pass through the dealership. I am not a expert in Porsches but even i noticed the discrepancy in my 997 and if the tech's at Porsche of Fresno let my car go on the lot in such poor quality imagine the cars there now. My suggestion is buy your Porsche at another dealership or get a pre purchase inspection on the car you might buy there. I will have a video and pictures up to back my claim.
