  Excellent experience. If you go here to get your vehicle serviced, ask for Michelle. She will take very good care of you and insure that everything is fixed in a timely and efficient manner. She knows the products inside and out and can expertly explain to you any and all issues.

  This was my first experience at an Audi dealership and I was thoroughly impressed. I've been to GM, Ford, Lexus, Toyota and a few others. The salesman who handled my deal, Deian Stoianov, was transparent about pricing and didn't push me to buy the car which made me feel comfortable. He was also very knowledgable about the vehicles he showed me. The finance manager, Greg Raymond, who handled my deal took the time to talk me through add-ons like Audi Care and additional warranty options. It was pretty late by the time we finished all the paperwork but I didn't feel rushed at all. They picked up a lifetime customer today. Pro tip: If you're trading in a vehicle that isn't an Audi or similar luxury brand, they just use Kelley Blue Book cash offer to value your trade-in so you can figure out most of your deal's details before you go in.

  Service beyond expectations

  This service required parts that the dealer did not have in stock. I was provided with a free loaner comparable to my vehicle, and received several updates on my cellphone outlining steps that were being taken. Once my car was ready, I was delayed because of adverse road conditions on mountain passes of I70. My Service Assistant Josh Lentsch stayed well past the closing time to accommodate me. Such treatment is far beyond what I expected. Thank you, Josh!

  Today I had my car serviced by Audi Flatirons and service was great as usual. I was disappointed that I wasn't given a complementary car wash. I received a call from the dealer explaining why they did not provide the complementary carwash. Thank you, for the explanation and offer to provide that service when I'm in the area.
