  The pick up from home, service at Audi and drop back home service. Quick, easy and professional communication with all the staff. Very informative video diagnostics sent via text/email. Great adaptation for Audi during these pandemic times.

  Charles was a fabulous liaison. Unlike other dealerships, he wasn't pushy, but he was still on top of it - organized and a great communicator. He was patient and informative and made the whole experience very smooth. I worked with TJ for financing and had the same experience- extremely kind and patient, pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable.

  Awesome Audi experience in DTLA

  From the first time I contacted the dealership through the website, I received prompt responses and great customer service. Within an hour of my inquiry about a car, I received an email and then a phone call that confirmed the car I was interested in was available. The communications thereafter were also prompt without being pushy or invasive like I experienced with another dealership. Also, I would like to commend my salesperson for the SQ5 I purchased. Gabriel Clopton was professional, attentive, great listener and friendly. His enthusiasm for the Audi brand is contagious and as a first time Audi driver like myself, it really reinforced my desire to purchase the car. I also was very pleased with my interactions with Wes in Finance who was very efficient through the process and salesperson Charles who managed my delivery of the car and gave me a great tutorial on all of the great features of the SQ5 in a warm and patient way.
