    I contacted Audi Chandler after seeing a truck posted online. I spoke with Tanya, and she was very helpful. We are from out of state, and Tanya facilitated the whole process. The earliest flight we could book had us arriving after the dealership closed, but they held it open for us until we arrived from the airport. The process was very easy, and it was a great experience overall.

    Bad service, bad company

    I bought 2 year old A7 in 2017. It came with a Certified Pre-Owned warranty along with the remainder of the original factory warranty so we felt pretty comfortable. I’ve taken the car into Audi of Chandler 3 times for 5 issues. They fixed 1 and said they couldn’t reproduce the others. The car has a very dangerous flaw in that if you come to a near stop and then try to make a left turn, the car hesitates badly. Very dangerous. The dealer says that because the car’s computer doesn’t report a fault, they can’t fix it. I guess the art of diagnosing a car is a lost art for Audi. The proverbial broken straw came when I took the car in because some of the speakers were cutting out and there was an intermittent issue where you couldn’t adjust the radio volume. If you guessed that they didn’t address the latter problem because the computer didn’t report it, you guess right… despite the fact that I had a picture of the problem. As for the speakers, they got out of that because they said the amplifier was aftermarket so the blown speakers were not their responsibility. However, the amp was in the car when we bought it (we didn’t know about it) and it was part of their inspection and warranty. Apparently, Audi is only willing to honor their Pre-Owned warranty if it suits them. The replacement speakers cost over $2000. They recommended I take up the issue with the dealer who sold me the car (in California). The whole point of the Pre-Owned certification is that Audi is supposed to back the car. If the suspension ever breaks down, I suspect they'll tell me there is some aftermarket part under there and refuse to honor the warranty again. Audi of Chandler has made it clear that neither they nor Audi want any more of my business. So be it!

    I’ve bought a lot of cars and from all types of dealerships and this is my third purchase from a Penske dealership for good reason. Jessie Becktell was our sales specialist and treated us with kindness and respect. I always felt taken care of and like he and staff had our best interests in mind. Out experience with finance was also superb... friendly, not pushy and secured a great rate. If you’re shopping for a new Audi or pre-owned vehicle give them a shot at your business and hopefully you’ll walk away as happy as we did.

    What a wonderful experience at Audi Chandler with Jessie and his team. I’ve been working with Jessie ( sale rep) for the past 2 to 3 weeks and finally got the car that I wanted. He went above and beyond for me and I can’t thank him enough. The sales process was easy and hassle free. Jessie and his team were upfront, helpful and honest. You can’t ask for much more. I’ve bought a number of cars and this was by far the most pleasant of them all. Kudos to Aaron (GM ) and the entire team. I would highly recommend you going to see Jessie and letting him take care of you. Again, thanks Jessie for the fantastic experience and the A6.

    I was in search of my dream car, 2020 R8 Performance Spyder. Jessie was my salesman. I shopped all around the US for my particular specs. Luckily there was one in town at another dealership. Jessie made the sale happen. Even after the sale, Jessie still provides excellent customer service. My R8 didn’t have a SIM card. He was able to arrange Audi to send a SIM card so I could use Audi connect. Jessie hooked me up with all of their services.
