    It was truly a peaceful experience working with Wayne craft he helped us with the process of buying oh 2019 Subaru outback. He was extremely knowledgeable and when there was a hold up and timing he was very good at explaining what was going on. It took much shorter time than I thought it would. Wayne I was very polite and nice and a good salesman. I would definitely recommend my friends to work with Wayne craft at the Toyota dealer in Auburn California

    Although I didn't make my final vehicle purchase with Auburn Toyota, I wanted to thank Mikki at the dealership for her helpful assistance. She and the other staff members were very informative regarding my Costco Auto purchase program and all that is involved in the process. They offered good follow-up information regarding my vehicle search. In the end I didn't use my Costco Auto membership to purchase a car as I fortunately got lucky and found a great deal elsewhere, but just wanted to say thanks to Mikki and the Auburn Toyota staff for their customer service.

    The team at Auburn Toyota was great. They were able to quickly let me know whether the car was available and were also able to add on the accessories I wanted before my arrival. Buying process was super quick after the test drive, and the best part was there is no markup scam on their inventory!

Zach found a Corolla within my budget and next he scheduled a test drive for me. After that financing followed smoothly.     I had been searching everywhere for my specific used dream car . I found it on the Cars app . I sent an inquiry to them through the app. They sent me an email reply I was able to make an appointment to come test drive the car the next day. I sent them all of the information they needed ahead of time they had the car up and ready for me when I arrived. I turned it on an was immediately sold! I was pretty excited. The people in the dealership said I made their day because I was so excited! The rest of the process went smoothly I bought the car that day . But since I didn’t have a driver I had to return the next day to pick it up. They went ahead and cleaned it up and had it ready for me. . It’s been 20 years since I bought a vehicle! They made this experience great. I drove out a very happy customer with my 2017 Ford Mustang GT. It’s a Beauty !!

    I have never had a problem with the service or sales dept- the service has always been highly efficient. I gave the customer service a 4 star because of a billing error. That was rectified in a timely fashion, considering it was the weekend....
