    My wife and I went to the special sale at Hurley, Wisconsin with the key we had received in the mail. No one acknowledged us so my wife asked someone who looked like a possible employee where we could try our key to find out if we won anything. He said a 'sales associate' would help us and turned away from us. The so-called 'sales associates' never even smiled, said hello or 'may I help you.". THEY FLAT OUT IGNORED US. We are interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle but not from this outfit. RUDE! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
