    Service done on time and I enjoyed coffee and TV while I waited. Very friendly staff, sales and service personal. Enjoyed looking at the new vehicles on the showroom floor also.

    Friendly staff when I called to make an oil change appointment. Service dept. did a good job. Easy in/out with no problems. Enjoyed the coffee while I waited.

    Service dept. did a good job. Easy in/out with no problems. Friendly staff. I do have a question on something said to me each time I have been in the dealership. Each person i have worked with said i should expect a survey and requested I fill it out. (I’m happy to give my feedback). The strange thing i noted is each time the person I’m working with said “anything less than a 10 out of 10 on the survey is a failure and will reflect negatively on their personal job performance. I took this as a plea for a perfect rating as anything less means they could loose their job. I’m not sure if this is something said across all Honda/Toyota dealers or just the one in Ashland. It makes me uncomfortable thinking that if i had an issue and mention it during the survey the employee will loose their job. I wonder if anyone else has felt this way and has not mentioned an issue fearing an employee will be fired. I wonder if this type of pressure gives a true picture of how the dealership is actually preforming.

    People at this dealership are the best. They are there to sell and give service. My salesman was Kevin, who was very good at explaining things The service dept is A#1 and are very trustworthy. Everyone here is great. Fun to do business with.

    Ashland Honda/Toyota made me believe that car buying could be fun again. Their no haggle and upfront honesty made my car buying experience there enjoyable.
