I do have a question on something said to me each time I have been in the dealership. Each person i have worked with said i should expect a survey and requested I fill it out. (I’m happy to give my feedback). The strange thing i noted is each time the person I’m working with said “anything less than a 10 out of 10 on the survey is a failure and will reflect negatively on their personal job performance. I took this as a plea for a perfect rating as anything less means they could loose their job. I’m not sure if this is something said across all Honda/Toyota dealers or just the one in Ashland. It makes me uncomfortable thinking that if i had an issue and mention it during the survey the employee will loose their job. I wonder if anyone else has felt this way and has not mentioned an issue fearing an employee will be fired. I wonder if this type of pressure gives a true picture of how the dealership is actually preforming.
