    Jerry made the whole experience easy again. He was very helpful and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase thanks again!!. I gave Jerry the options I wanted in a Silverado and he found exactly what I wanted at a great price.. The whole buying experience was great, even with a super busy schedule Jerry worked with me and answered all my questions and we found time to get the deal made.

    After finding a car on cars.Com, I called this dealership to make sure it was available. I spoke with Lisa, who couldn't have been nicer! She told me the car was a recent arrival and needed detailing but she could have it cleaned up and ready for a test drive. My husband and I made the drive from GR that same day. Lisa had the car parked right out front and on the mirror was a VIP tag with my name on it! Nice touch. She introduced me to Tori who was our sales person and handled everything from the test drive, to financing. I made the purchase that same day! We planned on picking up the car a few days later. I was able to text Tori with any questions and she was quick to respond. And when I had a schedule change and needed to get there sooner than planned she made sure everything was ready. My husband and I both work in sales and understand the value in great customer service. This dealership gives it.

    Me and my fiance were told to get our information together a proof of income so we did all that then once they getting there we were told we had to have more information when it could have been said on the phone we talked previous about the information that was needed to prove income so needless to say we drove an hour 2 times and did not leave the lot with the vehicle we were intending to buy big waste of time and gas and money

    Brian was great made a great offer I spoke through email and by phone he was always nice and never pressured me. Whatever I ask for he had ready for me as quick as possible. He never played games and truly offer a great price off the bat. Unfortunately my mom decided not to by a car at all. If I am looking for a car in the future I would surely go back to him. Outstanding customer service!

    When Brad took over for Adam as the Lead Honda Service Advisor, we quickly realized that customer service remained the primary priority of the Service Department employees. Brad possesses a very positive and friendly demeanor, going the extra mile to ensure the customer is always satisfied. He treats my 2006 Ridgeline as if it is his own. Paying the bill is never a fun time, but dealing with Brad makes it a little less unpleasant. Kudos to Brad LaFollette for always going above and beyond!

    Always wanted a pickup truck

    We drove from Indianapolis cause we found a truck that we liked at a price we were willing to pay. Shane Griffin was prompt and easy to work with. He had answers to questions and the final purchase process was very smooth. We drove 4 hours to buy and we would do it again.
