    Mike Marinelli and his team were very patient in trying to find the right vehicle for me and my wife. We tried a Camry but it didn't feel right so after a month of ownership, Mike suggested an Avalon and it worked out great for us! Mike is great and hearing what customers want and turning it into reality. And again, his patience was great! These guys are really busy, and it's because they do it right. Go see them when you want a new ride. They will not disappoint

    I just purchased a 2020 Highlander Limited 4dr from Arlington Toyota and got a great deal. I worked with Sylvia Brummitt who not only handled the sale but she took the time to go over "all" the features of the vehicle with me. She more than exceeded my expectations! She was very patient and courteous and I feel like I have a friend at the dealership. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a Toyota vehicle. A COVID safe environment! The dealership was crazy busy too!

    When one gets lied to and the problem gets ignored its very bad. I am extremely frustrated with no one at Arlington Toyota standing by their sales words and correcting the problem.

    Worst Experience Ever

    If I could I would give 0 stars. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE. My experience was terrible from the start. I came to see a certain car (from Daytona Beach) and the car mysteriously was sold prior to me arriving. No one called or informed me of this. I ended up leaving with a Prius I didn't initially want. I had my sick mother drive me and she told me I had to leave with a car. That is the only reason I even purchased a vehicle from this terrible Toyota. I would have rather purchased from Daytona. Where they are local and they treat their customers right. When I got home I realized the cover to the trunk was missing. This was only the beginning of the issues I had. The extended 7 year 100,000 warranty Daniel up sold me is now currently invalid. It has been 83,000 and only 4 years. I have called for the past 6 months. No one will call me back. They are now ignoring my calls and emails. The Toyota in California will not take the expired warranty and the warranty company said Arlington needed to fix the issues. They have not doe a thing. This is not a way to treat a customer. I had an issue they said they would cover and they did not. They finally took care of that issue but now my maintenance light is on and no one will response to me. DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR CAR FROM HERE. I wanted to take the car back the minute I drove off the lot. I would never purchase a car from here again and never recommend this dealership. I call every morning before work and am told "Someone will return your call" everyday and nothing. I have the copy of the warranty. Save your money and take it anywhere but here. You will only be taken advantage of.

    Online Buyer Beware!

    They don’t advertise the non-negotiable $1880.00 they add to the internet price. Carfax shows it was a “great deal” $1529 below carfax value but then they added the $1880 back to the price during financing so not as good a deal as advertised. FALSE ADVERTISING as far as I’m concerned. Bought the car anyway because we drove 2 hours to test drive it
