  Zach the sales manager was a pleasure to deal with, he was prompt on returning my call and had all the information ready on the vehicle I was interested in. Once I arrived Edward took over on the sale of the vehicle and he was amazing! Both Zach and Edward went above and beyond to get me where I needed to be payment. They have earned a customer for life.

  Edward treated me like a VIP even when I bought a used car (~$5000). Took pictures for me while I was on the phone, had the car pulled out, cleaned up, paperwork ready. Made the deal happen!

  I live in Maryland, and have been searching for a used VW GTI extensively. I came across a great deal online, in excellent condition, at AP Fairfax. I inquired about it and received a phone call in less than 5 minutes! Edward Salmon was the salesman I had the pleasure of working with. He communicated via text and phone calls with VERY quick responses! I definitely felt like a priority. At the dealership, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle he had, and could see and appreciate that I was an enthusiast. No gimmicks, no complicated negotiations, just simply test-drive the car and work out the numbers/paperwork. The GTI was IMMACULATE! Once everything was arranged, I got to meet the GM, Zack Owens, to finalize the purchase. Unsurprisingly, another EXCELLENT person to work with! Even though I was purchasing from Maryland, Zack made the entire process streamlined and painless. Everything was set up to pay all appropriate fees for registering a vehicle in Maryland. All I needed to do was get a state inspection, send him a copy of the certificate, and he took care of getting my hard plates issued from there. He sets his prices fair for both parties to make an all-around pleasant buying experience. Considering the vehicle selection and quality, and the experience of working with Edward and Zack, I certainly recommend checking out AP Fairfax when you're searching for your next vehicle.   Zack's Word Is A Commitment

  A tremendous dealership personified by Zack Owens (the General Manager). I went to AP Fairfax on Saturday to test drive a car with scarce intent to buy. On Thursday, I purchased it. Why? Because Zach showed me his word is a commitment and his transactions are totally transparent; no hidden costs or fees. The costs on Thursday was what Zach promised on Saturday with a decrease in the basic vehicle price. An easy, relaxed experience. Zach said the goal of AP Fairfax is to bring the customer into the family and treat you like family. In this case, they did!!
