    I had an issue with my "key fobs" not working. I had just purchased a new one and, of course, found the old one (that had been missing for a month) the next day. It turned out the new one had to be reprogrammed because of me finding the new one. I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes...no charge! Fantastic!!

    Mr. L. H. was the best. He allowed me to get the feel of the car and make sure that it was what I wanted. The test drive was not just a trip around the block and he took the time to make sure I was happy. When I brought my husband in to drive the car he was kind and patient with him as well. We usually keep a car ten years or more and we do not want to make a mistake.
 I worked in sales and I have taught the art of selling to over 175 students. With selling you also have a thing called stick rate. In the long run it is so much more important because you can take advantage of someone once or twice. If you keep a customer for life you both will get rich. In todays world it also helps keep you alive.

    I have been bringing my automobiles here Since October 25, 2000. I have not had any complaints about the work completed an any of my vehicles. 
 
 
 I am especially impressed with the way that David Jr. and his Uncle Jim handled my problem the handled with my purchase of the 2013 Electric Nisan used Automobile. After a little more than 30 days after I purchase it, I discovered that it would only charge to 43 miles. Dave Jr.lent me Car for a day while they verified my findings. Dave Jr. Called me the next day and asked me to come the Dealership. I arrived at the American Chevrolet and met i Jim Halvorson (theDealer) and David Halvorson,jr. The Dealer said they would buy back the Nissan from me an return all money I had put into the Nisan. The Dealer said that if I wanted to purchase a different I did and purchased a 2017 Chevrolet Volt. All I can say is, that was great day. I love and enjoy driving it.
