    I would like to leave a review of Allen Turner pre-owned. I’m a 50-year-old grandmother looking to upgrade my Buick Regal that had 187000 miles on it, and my husband was concerned about me driving around with the grandbaby and the car breaking down. So, I shopped online looking for something I really like. I did NOT want to get into a long car payment, so we decided to go pre-owned. I found a 2013 Nissan Quest at Allen turner so I decide to go look without my husband (as women we should be able to do that without being taking advantage of). I was involved in an accident in 2007 and fractured my neck. I also have fibromyalgia and scoliosis and arthritis in my lower back. I told them that! I told them several times I needed to go home I would come back later to negotiate they instated I stay. No time like now they keep saying. The Van was for sale for almost $13000. And I was providing my trade. I was in so much pain they had me talked into $16,000. And $500.00 for my trade. My husband was not happy with the price! I drove it home to Molino and my 82 year old mother with Alzheimer’s wanted to go for a ride so we get in the van and start driving drown a back rode in Molino the A/C totally stopped working and the transmission wouldn’t shift! I was afraid I was going to be stuck on a back road with my mother, but I made it back to the dealership. By then my husband was off and met me there. He told them we were not paying that price and was not taking $500 for the Buick! My husband offered them 11,000 for the van and they refused so we left with the Buick! The salesman called on the way home and offered us a 4-year warranty with gap insurance and free oil changes and tire rotation for the 4 years and 11,500 for the van So we agreed and meet him and signed the papers. We go in the next day he had lied to us they charged us for the gap insurance! They did deliver on everything else, but it was a horrible experience I set there for hours with them insisting I sit there in horrible pain. They took advantage of a Grandmother in Chronic pain I would never recommend them. Only time will tell if we got a good vehicle.

    Many texts but any car matching with my criterias

    I asked for a car, giving my 4 criterias. I got many messages, but I felt as the agent didn’t look at my answers. Waste of time. It would have been correct to tell me she got no vehicle for me insted of proposing many others that cost the double of my budget.

    Deceptive sales practices

    eceptive sales practices!!!! Went with a friend who was purchasing a car, and we decided on the drive over that it would be worth while to try Hyundai. Mr. Rease was extremely friendly and helpful to begin with. After several test drives - she really loved a Certified pre-owned Black Sonata. Mr. Rease told my friend that he thought we could get that car, with the extended warranty, for the price she wanted it for. We go inside, and the paperwork he brings back is roughly 500.00 more than that price (I took a picture for proof), but after discussing it - she decides to go for it. Came in with our own financing, and its time to go see the finance guy to complete the final paperwork. It is there that we learn we are financing almost 2000.00 more than what was EVER discussed in Mr. Rease's office. When we bring this to their attention, they say it was a "miscommunication". Its a miscommunication when you communicate something and it is not received the way you intended it to be heard. This was NEVER communicated. Absolutely deceptive and misleading sales tactics. I have purchased several vehicles at this point in my adult life, and I have NEVER had such a horrible experience. Steer clear, unless you want to be taken advantage of.

    My salesman was Andrew Lanier he was fantastic in every way that counts. No pushing just helpful advice in choosing what he knew I wanted. Staff at facility was very nice also. Hope Andrew is there the net time I’m looking for a car. He rates an A+.

    We went in thinking that our trip was wasted as our credit was less than stellar. Luis worked very hard to get us into a brand new car with payments we could afford. If an obstacle arose he went around it. We were even given a loaner car while we waited for the one we ordered to come in . From the sales process with Luis, to the paperwork process with Shahid, they took such good care of us, it felt like we were buying from friends. We will definitely be customers for life.
