    After searching for the right car, I scheduled an appointment with Allen Mello and got right in to see Derek. I was uncertain of how things were going to go, but he made the test drive easy, worked me through the process. While there were issues that arose in the week after the sale, Derek went above the call to make sure I was satisfied.

    owned a dodge ram for 10 years never had a check engine light go on. bought a 2016 2500 for over 50,000 check engine light on and off all the time. took it back to dealer they put it on the computer. was told i would have to drop it off to fix it. set up an date. was told they would provide rental car. morning of repair date i was told when dropping off i would need insurance binder to take rental car. if i was told that before the morning of dropping off. it wouldn't have been a problem. didn't have time to wait around for my insurance co to fax paperwork.could have been hours i'm sure. i don't think they even open till 9 or 10 in the morning. soo two trips there and still driving around in a 50,000 truck with check engine light on. they also gave me the title for another vehicle when i originaly purchased it. went to registry to register with wrong title. not to happy i purchased a dodge or the dealership i chose. will be spreading the word. next dealerrater. and word of mouth. i understand the dealer didnt build the truck. but my time seams to not matter to the dealer.

    Professional Salesmen, Great Vehicle Selection

    The salesman David Diamond did everything in his power to make sure that I got the car that I wanted. He frequently gives me phone calls to update me of it's status and that shows that he really cares about the customer. He and Allen Mello spent the time and resources to locate a hard to find vehicle for me, and they were willing to expand their search radius where other dealerships wouldn't bother beyond a few miles.
