Bad Service department
I am a 2015 Chevy Equinox owner. As of January 31st, 2018, my car wasn't running properly or I should say it's not running at all because the battery was dead and I have less than 13,000 miles on it so I have to jump start the car. The same problem happened next morning. I jump the car again and I drive it to the Allen Gwynn Chevrolet dealership in Glendale, California. At the dealership, they said that I don't have an appointment and they can't service my Chevy. Unfortunately, they did not even apologize for the inconveniences; the same incident happened the first time that I had my Chevy serviced for the first oil change. Same problem, they said that I don't have an appointment and they can't change the oil; that's so weird. So the service department manager came to me this time saying that he can't service the car because I don't have an appointment and the argument started after that. He was asking me to leave and take the car to another dealer by giving me excuses that there are lots of cars waiting to be fixed and they can't fix my car, the car that I have leased from the same dealer which is the Allen Gwynn Chevrolet. I felt so bad and so disappointed. I don't recommend to anyone to buy or lease a Chevy from that dealer unless they discipline their employees, especially the service department manager.

Amir was great. He listened to what I was looking for and presented the best option. Originally went in looking to purchase a used vehicle but ended up with a brand new model for just about the same as I would've paid for a used model. He was very knowledgeable.
Good first time dealership
Everyone at the dealership was kind and helpful. They explained everything to us very well and, because of a long wait, they did what they could to make us feel comfortable and happy. I don't blame them for the long wait, stuff happens, but I did appreciate how relaxed the environment was. Considering this was a first time buying experience, they did not pressure us with anything and made us feel at ease.
10/10 to Allen Gwynn Chevrolet!
Both Tina Khachatorian and Armen Kesablyan were extremely helpful without being at all pushy throughout my buying process of a 2017 Volt premier. 100% recommend Allen Gwynn Chevrolet.
Would not recommend
I would say communication wasn't the best and they tried to overcharge for parts. The first quote they gave me had the parts costing $50 more than list price. They only adjusted this after they were called on it. I would much rather have gone elsewhere but I was already going to have to pay their diagnostic fee.
