  Worst service department Ive ever been to

  I wouldnt recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealer if you were going to have to bring it to them to repair. There service dept is unprofessional. They lie about everything and anything . Youll be unable to contact them by phone and have to go in to find out the status of your vehicle. Theyll tell you theyll call and never will. Theyll damage your vehicle and not repair it correctly. I had a Charger, Jeep and a Ram over the past 5 years and every time was the same. Managers wont even return calls . I finally traded it in for a Super Duty at Rogers

Here in Midland Tx it's hard to find good costumer service, but I found it at all American dodge and Jeep, in Midland. Thank you Randy for making the experience a pleasant one.
