    They couldn't offer shuttle services, eventhough they offer it online. Had to get my husband an uber , which was very inconvenient. Didn't expect that from ANY dealership. Other than that, great service.

    Jimmy was awesome, he did all he could. the service department maybe knowledgable but they seemed overwhelmed ... I would think they needed more mechanics so they can get people in and out faster

    Worst experience I ever had with a Service Department. It’s something I did not expect from a Mercedes-Benz dealership AT ALL. The main reason I bought a Mercedes-Benz is to have an excellent service when I take my car in for service BUT NO, this dealership is beyond incompetent by all means. About two weeks ago I went to this dealership service department to set up an appointment for today 7/8/2019 at 9:00am to reset my Mbrace FOR THE SECOND TIME because my the internet in my Mercedes-Benz is not working, I can’t use the MB apps or the internet Radio which I subscribed for this package and I paid 270$ for it and it’s not working because of this dealership service department incompetents, So I went there and got there at 8:45am and until 3:00pm of the same day they did not get my car into the shop!!! So what’s the Point of setting up an appointment if this dealership service department can’t honor it. Now I don’t know if my car going to get done today or not. This was their last chance with me Definitely Never going to this incompetent dealership service department I’m very dissatisfied.

    Everyone we worked with at Alderson was top notch! Jim Allen worked as our sales associate. He was kind, welcoming, and VERY knowledgeable about the vehicles. Next up, Kathy Vazquez in the finance department explained our options for financing and the additional items we could purchase if we’d like. She was very informative but did not pressure us. Lastly, Jordan Trimble, the product concierge, hit a home run with her friendliness and customer service. She was extremely accommodating and service minded. We appreciate everyone at Alderson Midland for making this car buying experience a truly positive one. We highly recommend this dealership and their team.

    Peaceful Experience

    I can to the dealership with a problem on my recently purchased MB 300. It was mad stressfu due to the fact l had just gotten out of the hospital. Jimmy Radwanski Was my service provider. He calm, confident and professional demeanor really made this a good experience. Having a car serviced is so often like going to the dentist. A dreadful experience. Let me assure you, this was not. It was amazing.
