    THIS IS MY THIRD CAR FROM ALDERSON MIDLAND, WHEN I PURSCHASE MY VERY FIRST CAR WE WERE JUST LOOKING AFTER HOURS AND I WILL NEVER FORGET JIM ALLEN APPROACHED ME AND MY HUSBAND TO HELP US EVEN THOUGH IT WAS AFTER HOURS HE STILL WAITED ON US EVEN THOUGH HE WAS USED A CAR SALEMAN. WE RETURN ON THE FOLLOWING DAY AND DID PURCHASE A 2016 GLC 300 WHICH I WAS NOT PLEASED AT ALL WITH THE SALESMAN THAT HANDLE IT BUT THAT IS IN THE PAST. SO I RETURN AGAIN FOR A SECOND TIME LOOKING FOR A USED CAR AND I CALLED JIM ALLEN FIRST I SAW A TOYOTA CAMRY ONLINE CAME AND DROVE IT JIM ALLEN HELPED ME TOLD ME EVERYTHING I NEEDED TO KNOW ABOUT THE CAR IT IS A GREAT CAR STILL GOING. STILL KEPT IN CONTACT WITH JIM ALLEN I CALLED HIM ON FRIDAY AND TOLD HIM I THINK I WANT A NEW CAR AT FIRST I TOLD JIM I WANTED THE GLA BUT ONCE I GOT THERE AND TOOK ONE LOOK AT IT I KNEW THAT WAS NOT FOR ME AND JIM KNEW IT TO. SO I LOOKED AT THE GLE350 WHICH WAS A LITTLE BIGGER THAN MY GLC300 JIM SAID TRENNA THIS CAR HAS YOUR NAME WRITTEN ALL OVER IT HE SAID IT IS FANCY LIKE YOU! I WANT YOU TO KNOW JIM ALLEN WAS ABSOLUTELY OUSTANDING FROM START TO FINISH. JIM ALLEN HAS NEVER ONCE FAILED ME AND I DO NOT THINK HE EVER WILL. HE KNEW WHAT I WANTED AND HE GOT THE JOB DONE JIM ALLEN COMPLETED THE TASK. ALSO MICHAEL MAZARAKES THE GENERAL MANAGER I NEED TO GIVE HIM A HUGE THANK YOU AS WELL FOR ALLOWING JIM ALLEN TO TAKE CARE OF ME BECAUSE I DO KNOW JIM ALLEN IS A USED CAR SALESMAN MICHAEL IS A GREAT GM BY FAR I MUST SAY HE ROLLS OUT THE RED CARPET FOR ME AS WELL TO MAKE SURE I AM ALWAYS OKAY AND ALWAYS TAKEN CARE OF. I WILL NEVER FORGET MICHAEL WAS OF THE COUNTRY ONE TIME AND I WAS AT THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY WAS GIVING ME SOME PROBLEMS I TEXT MICHAEL AND THEY TOOK CARE OF ME AND THAT GOES A LONG WAY WITH ME. I APPRECIATE THAT. AND THE ASSISTANT MANAGER GERALD FOX HE ALWAYS MAKES SURE THAT THEY TAKE CARE OF ME EVERYTIME HE SEE ME WITHOUT A DOUBT. WHEN I GO TO DALLAS I BRAG ON MIDLAND ALDERSON I LET THEM KNOW HOW MY DEALERSHIP ROLLS OUT THE RED CARPET FOR ME HOW THEY MAKE ME FEEL SPECIAL. ALSO BIG THANK YOU TO KATHY VAZQUEZ IN FINANCE SHE IS A JEWEL. MIDLAND ALDERSON ALWAYS HAS A CUSTOMER IN ME. MY SON HAS A BMW AND WHEN I HAVE TO TAKE IT IN FOR SERVICE NEXT DOOR I LET THEM KNOW THAT THEIR SERVICE SUCKS ALL THE TIME I LET THEM KNOW I DRIVE A MERCEDES BENZ AND WHEN I TAKE IT IN FOR SEVICE THEY LITERLY ROLL OUT THE RED CARPERT FOR ME THERES NO SHAME IN MY GAME. THANK THANK THANK MIDLAND ALDERSON KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK JIM ALLEN IS AMAZING....
