  A pleasant experiencing as usual at Acura Turnersville. Timely excellent service.The sales manager asked me if I wanted coffee as he was walking by and he actually made the coffee for me. The service provider was polite and kept me updated on the time of the service.

  Moon roof on a less than a one year old vehicle

  My vehicle is less than a year old and was told that the motor went bad on a moon roof that was only used a few times. I’m very dissatisfied that I spent so much money in a vehicle that is already having factory issues. According to the dealership, my vehicle was the first brought in for this repair. I’m sure they’ll be many others to follow. I’ll definitely follow-up with a cooperate phone call if required. Personnel are phenomenal. They definitely can do a better job in washing the vehicle after.

  I certainly didnt like that Acura Turnersville sells their used cars dirty. The visor is dirty and now I have to get my car detailed. They aslo sold me the car with keys with low battery.

  This was my first time to Acura Turnersville Service with my new MDX. Hubby and I were met by Jim Magee and he handled our service request. I must say that it was a pleasure, Jim promised us the service would be complete within the hour and IT WAS. He checked on us to make sure we were comfortable in the waiting area and answered a bunch of questions about our new Acura. He was patient, kind and very knowledgeable. We had zero stress and knew our car was in capable hands. AND we received a Free Car Wash, how cool was that!! HANDS DOWN, thanks to Jim Magee - this was an Awesome Experience. THANKS JIM!!
