Cars on the website are not there.
by Rocker from Bethel | October 20, 2020

I called for a test drive of a car I wanted, they said sure! Is available. I drove about an hour, when I get there the salesman told me that the car is not there, was returned to auction for a bad transmission. Why you didn't tell me when I called? I didn't know was the answer. He showed me another car similar to the one I originally wanted and it was filthy inside, disgusting dirty, besides the rust showing on some areas, and a flat tire. To check credit and proceed with financing, they wanted $1000.00 deposit. No thanks.

They advertise cars that were sold months ago.
by Unknown from Massachusetts | September 28, 2020

Don’t trust this place. They lure you in with bargains, only to tell you the car you wanted has been sold. They are STILL offering a 2016 Bolvo that was sold many months ago. Crooks.

    Refund
by Tashi Phuntsok from Bethlehem | September 02, 2020

I am so disappointed with the way they treat me to get my refund. They kept saying they wills send the check, but never does. I bought 2019 Nissan Rouge from them back in Marc. There was a dent on the bumper. They said they will get me a new bumper if I pay for it separate from the cost of the car. I paid them Due to pandemic, they couldn't do it. I want my money back for the bumper. They kept delaying it.

    Scam Post?
by Steve from Boston | August 27, 2020

In searching cars.com - I came across a great looking BMW convertible and quickly went to inquire about this car- but was told the car had recently sold. Disappointed, I moved on. 3 weeks later, the exact same car / miles/ VIN appeared on the site again. Curious - I called and give all my information to the sales person, and when I asked to do a virtual tour, I was told the car was sold an hour ago. I just post this as working with this dealer seem shady - so be careful.

by steven from Saugerties | August 04, 2020

Drove 2 hours each way to find the car was sold. Brought out a different car to test drive with all the lights on cause it hadn't gone through the shop. Huge crack in windshield, very unsafe. Car Salesmen was late to our appointment.

Bait and switch at its best. WORST PLACE EVER!
by Bob from Middletown, CT | July 17, 2020

Sent several texts and emails. Received a call back after 5 days to "talk" about car I was interested in. I decided to drive there next morning to see the vehicle as it was still listed on their site. When I arrived the office was filled with about 20 desks with a 1/3 of the people NOT wearing masks. I was told the vehicle I was interested in was JUST sold BUT they have an option that is a year older with 50,000 more miles that is only $2000 more. xxx! I went back and looked at the carfax I got for the vehicle before I called and noticed that it was listing as NEW OWNER ON 5/23/2020. Nearly 2 months later it is STILL on their website listed for sale. This company represents the worst of all stereotypes in used car sales. Don't waste your time.

Started Out good but now on the decline.
by geo from NYC, NY | July 08, 2020

I’ve purchased 3 used cars from this dealership throughout the years. Last one in 2018 and the staff has always been great. Their prices used to be reasonable but lately within the past 2 years, i noticed that their prices are jacked up to xxxx. $12k for a 10 year old Rav4 with 100k miles? Unbelievable! Also, i noticed that the majority of their cars have accidents on the record. I used to love this dealer and i had their website bookmarked but now, i don’t see my self buying from them anymore!

Amazing they are still in business
by George S. from Norfolk, VA | July 04, 2020

Talked to someone named Dan, who told me they could not sell w/ Capital One financing without a dealer visit, interesting since their website says they "love out of state buyers" and will help with delivery, and Capital One advertises on its front page you can buy a car and have it delivered. I kind of laughed, called Capital One and said that was absolutely incorrect. Then 2 weeks later 2 separate sales people called me about a vehicle that was sold a month ago but still listed on their website. Just clowns who don't know anything about selling cars or dealing with people.
