AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

I just bought a car there. After leaving the dealership at closing - the salesman and I neglected to notice the gash on the passenger side under door. I spoke with the manager John the minute I saw it. He said to bring the car in to discuss. In the meantime, paperwork showed they didn't put the down payment on the financing. After a full day of work I went to speak with John, he was the rudest man I ever dealt with in my life! He compared this dealership with CarMax - no price negation take car or leave it. He also went as far as bringing out a piece of paper to show they only made a hundred dollars on this sale and he loudly said he also had to pay the salesman 200 for selling the car (unprofessional and tacky). This was very loud verbal abuse in the center of the showroom which was filled with people. In the meantime, the finance manger came out of his office with two pieces of paper and a pen to sign the new contract with my down payment and trade in on it. I guess I was supposed to sign this on top of a show room car. John said he would not even give a bolt to hold the trim on. I also left this dealership with an empty gas tank and foul flood odor in the car which was supposed to be "detailed".This place is void of integrity, no class and should not work with the public. My referral is go to a Real CarMax and AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Deceptive Pricing Practices

I agreed to buy truck at their advertised price of $24,800. When preparing for the bank cashiers check to bring, they told me total "out the door price" was $27,939.80! Buried in that $3140 difference is over $1500 in junk fees! Needless to say, I did not buy vehicle. Don't be fooled by their deception!

Deceiving ad.Please stay away from this dealership

I would urge all my internet friends to stay away from this dealership if you value your own time. Story time : Monday, I saw their listing here mentioned for certain sticker price. Wednesday, On reaching out through email they confirmed the sticker doc fee, excluding the taxes that I would have paid in my state. I wanted to make sure I had the out the door price. This was negotiated on email and text and I booked an appointment for Saturday morning. Thursday, I called them multiple times through the day to confirm of my visit and offered my credit card to reserve the car since I was traveling 350 miles to purchase the car. Saturday : I arrive at the scheduled time, I see the sales agent I had been talking to for the last week is not available - strike one. The pull up the car and its really dirty, mud all over the car. Interiors are dirty too. They didn't even bother to clean the car for potential sale. Strike two I ask them to clean the car while we get the paperwork done. They show me the sticker price from before and add 1500 dollars on the top as miscellaneous charges. They didn't even tell me about these when I enquired initially. So I was looking at these phantom charges that I was not told in any of the previous conversations. On complaining, they say it was not supposed to be listed for that price, so they are offering me the best price right now. Strike three. Really unprofessional, they should me the door when I said they should have been transparent with the bill of sale. TLDR : They put up dubious and incorrect posts/listings to make buyers visit their showroom. Beware of surprise charges and dirty cars. Really disappointed that a service industry behaves like this when people are paying for it. Please stay away.

They listed a 2004 pathfinder. I called because they showed a generic photo of a like car. I asked if there was any mechanical problems list on the sticker, and was told no. It was a great car and ran great. Upon arrival they could not find the key then showed me the car. Full of dirt and never had been vacuumed in over two years, Full of junk. When i asked them to start it they could not turn it over as the engine was seized. It was a trap. Non working vehicle and FAKE listing on internet. They lied everything about the car and LIED about what was done. DO NOT GO THERE So they tried to sell me another one for about 20, 000 more. It is a farce to get you into the dealership.

Don't bother

Waste of time. Took 2.5 hours on CTA to get to the dealership just to be told they had nothing in my price range. Came in for a 2002 Altima only to be told it "wasn't working" when I arrived and they had no other cars for me to look at. Taken to the lot just as a way to walk me to the exit away from the other customers.

Beyond dissapointed

HIGHLY ANGRY. Got off work at 7, and drove clear from Aurora to check out and test drive a 20007 Malibu that they had in stock and matched my budget and expectations. After dealing with traffic and arriving at 8:30 (they close at 9) I am told they all the sudden can't find the car and that I should just go down the street to the Chevy dealership! If you are looking for a vehicle, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. They are misleading and/or flat out liars, and obviously very unorganized. Would rate a 0 if I could.

found a car on cargurus $3000 cheaper then their website and they said they’d honor the price. When I got there magically the car wouldn’t start so offered me a different one. The finance guy was nice and got me in and out but things weren’t explained to me and I got charged $1000 for A VTR that was put on the vehicle before I bought it and I can’t take it off

Unprofessional sales staff/online prices are fake

Salesman could not answer any questions I had about the car. He sat in the back during the test drive and was on his phone. The remote start was not working and he kept saying it works, despite how many times he tried it unsuccessfully. Other features in the car didn't work and his only answer was that it works. I didn't notice until after I left that the finance guy had added a charge of $999 to the price for "aftermarket". If you look that up, you'll see it's one of those made up charges. Beware that their online prices are not real! They will upcharge you once you get to the dealer. I'm glad I didn't buy a car from this dealer.
