I made a service appointment for 7:00 AM. I arrived at 6:45 AM and was greeted right away and told my oil change would a wait time of 1 1/2 hours. I had a cup of coffee on their lounge and the service was done by 7:45. Super speedy and friendly!!

Typical bait and switch situation at this dirty dealership. I sent my parents tonight after negotiating for two vehicles, once they arrived they instantly tried to take advantage of them because they believed they wouldn’t know any better. My father calls me and tells me, hey the numbers are totally different I don’t know what happened. The two sales manager had up the price from the previously negotiated price and then tried to have them pay additional 5000 dollars as down payment. They were essentially having them pay for “gap insurance” when leased vehicles come with gap. They would have been paying 2000 over msrp and 9000 over the negotiated price. These guys saw my parents, an elderly couple with broken english and thought we can make some money. The second I got on the phone they magically dropped the 5000 and tried to lower the price a bit but not to the negotiated price. At the end no transaction was completed, thankfully. These two guys, Chema and Chris are the actual managers and if you have xxxx at the top, you can’t imagine what’s at the bottom. It’s actually just sad, I hope this helps anyone dealing with this dealership.

2 Appts at the Same Time for 1 Car, Unprofessional

My husband was discussing a vehicle with Sam through text message since Tuesday. There were no pictures available and my husband requested just any pics to see if the vehicle wS worth the drive. He stated they have professional pics done and didn't send them until Wednesday, at which point my husband made an appt for Thursday morning at 10. We drove 4 hours to view a specific car, only to receive a call a few minutes before the appt that there was someone else there with an appt at 10, as well. According to several employees, there was a mistake, we should not have both been given an appt at the same time. The first person made their appt on Tuesday, so they had priority. We waited for 1 1/2 hours to find out whether they were going to take the car, which they did decide to do... Yes, employees were apologetic and we were offered a tank of gas for our trouble, but a tank of gas doesn't fix our total drive of 8 hours and a 1 1/2 hour wait at the dealership for absolutely nothing because someone in the business office couldn't figure out scheduling 2 appts on the same day at the same time was not a good idea. It was unprofessional, and a complete waste of a personal day from work that we can't get back. Plus, we got the opportunity to watch someone else get the car we've been looking for for the past few months. Thanks!

I was looking for a Honda CR-V, and found a clean, low mileage, 4wd with a moonroof. Their were a couple of issues with the vehicle and they agreed to fix them. They found decent financing and helped me with transportation while they worked on the vehicle. The salesmen Joaquin and Greg were great, and the Service Manager Brian and General Manager Jon, all helped to get the Honda in top condition for me. They were very professional and detailed. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a comfortable place to purchase or get your car repaired. Thanks to all involved, including Raj, KK and Chris.

From the communication with the salesman Brian D. to actually meeting him in person, he was great. The process was quick and the finance guy Matt made the process was fluid as well.
