Horrible experience, issues with car and staff

Less then a month after I purchased a car here it started having issues (had a 2 month warrantee). I had to bring it back into them well over 6 times for the same reason- each time they would keep it for 1-3 weeks and would not provide a loaner. They were almost impossible to get in contact with as well. Eventually they had me bring it to another place to have it diagnosed and said they would pay for it. Chad would not let the other place complete the diagnostics and tried to stick me with the bill. Since I had it in writing, they finally agreed to pay the bill. After 3 months and many emails and calls, the check arrived but was not for the full amount. They said they would fix it but I never heard from them again. The car still is not fixed, and after a year of them dragging this out I'll need to start the car buying process all over again.

Friendly reception, mechanical inspection mediocre

Two weeks ago we found a Jeep Rubicon on their lot that we liked, low-mileage with lots of pricey off-roading upgrades that made the price seem reasonable. My husband was thrilled. We decided to make the two hour drive from Southern Vermont, and were greeted warmly on arrival. We had easy rapport with Ted, and excellent conversation during the long financial process with Zach (okay, if I’m honest it was only long because we couldn’t stop talking). Three days later we returned to pick up the Jeep, which needed an O2 sensor. A couple days later my husband noticed the Jeep didn’t have a muffler - someone had taken it out and their mechanic apparently missed it - the sound hadn’t changed from our first visit and test drive. Fortunately, a quick phone call sorted it all out. All in all we’re very satisfied with our experience despite being a little surprised such an obvious piece, needed for inspections throughout New England, would be missing from the vehicle. However, their assurance that they must sell an inspection-ready vehicle, and quick action to right the issue saved their review, and our overall impression. Thanks, guys! We can’t wait to get out on the class 4s!

Test drove a car, showed interest and even filled out a form but haven’t heard from them since. The sales person kept texting throughout the entire process and I found this very unprofessional. Ended up buying a car elsewhere because they showed blatant disinterest in my business.(car was $30K)

I was very happy with the dealership and the sales man. I was buying a 5k car from a very high end dealership. They treated me like I was buying a 50k car. Only negative because they are a busy dealership there were people waiting to be assisted, they do not have s seating area and a receptionist there to greet you and keep you updated in the wait time would have been great

The manager John Fotopopolus e-mailed me to set up a test drive. I replied with questions about the vehicle including an open recall with no remedy. No reply after day. Obviously no interested in any buyer who is an informed consumer.
