    I have bought 7 cars from the Chevy Exchange and get my oil changed there. Great service... always nice... great waiting area with Coffee, Soda, cookies, Internet and big screen TV..

    Had our 2018 Tahoe in for service several times. The service center couldn't be less professional. Had to bring car in multiple times for simple repair and was forced to leave it in the shop for 2 days. The service rep never called with update nor did they apologize when the repair wasn't done in a timely manner. I would avoid this service center if possible.

    As usual the service department is First Rate Starting at the top with Chuck Turck Service Fixed Operations Director, and Assistent Service Manager Elmer Hortelano the way they treat their customers is what should be the standard of the industry. Also I was pleasantly surprised that my car was personally looked over by one of their master technicians Dragan Pesakovic who is also a renowned Rock Drummer having played numerous sessions with ?The Fabulous Richards? a famous local Rock group.

    Dan always makes sure the repairs are as promised. His customer service is way above excellent every time. He is willing to accomodate for his clients needs and schedules the best he can. And even when there has been something missed during repairs( not often at all but happens), he takes ownership to get things up to customer satisfaction. My purchase experience was not really what I expected, but Dan made sure i was satisfied with maintenance and service. I have been taking my cars there for about 5 years and I will continue to do so.
