I bought a BMW 645 CI from this place at a great price. They have many high class cars here if your in that market for those type of cars. They have the best Mechanic name Chris who will do anything in his power to make sure your vehicle runs and performs at it's best ability when you leave. When you come in ask for Dean and he will take care of you with an excellent price that you would love. The customer service is amazing and truly a great buying experience. Waited for a year to get my car

We already paid the car and didnt get the car the same day. They said something need to be fix which is alright. Making sure the car is in good condition. But the worst is the customer service, I don't mind waiting. These people only wants money, so the person who deal with us take the money and everything didnt even say that something need to fix. So we waited for almost 3hrs and ended up to take it home for the next day. BUT here we are waiting again. The person deal with us didnt even say hi or what. He just walk by, I mean you should take care of your customer. Sayin sorry for the day we waited to get the car. But yeah, Vinnie is the only one who is good and the other one guy.

Been looking for a used car for awhile. Visited many lots up and down rt.19 NONE COMPARED TO TAMPA BAY AUTOS. My husband and I worked with salesman DEAN start to finish. He first helped us make a decision on a car by being ATTENTIVE to our needs. He gave us TOP VALUE for our trade in. He then was able to work with multiple banks to get us a good interest rate, a warranty and a shorter term loan. Which is everything we were looking for! DEAN COMMUNICATED personally with myself and my husband after purchase and KEPT HIS WORD on a few verbal agreements we had made during the sale (tires and keyless entry) were done within a week. This Place is a Joke

I bought My Lexus GS300 from there, in the pictures it looked so amazing and nice. Had it for about a month and everything started going wrong. It looks as if the just buy the car from auction and put it on the lot without servicing them! It was the worst experience I ever had buying a car from them. I wouldn't buy from them again. Don't get me wrong they have nice cars but again for cheap for a reason┬┐

Couldnt have asked for a better experience. The guys were awesome, and down to earth, not like the normal car dealership where they stalk you and try to get you in a car you cant aford. They looked out for me and gave me what i needed and what i could aford. Im from Pa. Was visiting my dad down there at the time. We've been here twice and not one person has acknowledged us either time. The first time sales people kept walking by and not one said hi. The second no one even came out of the office. A girl who works there walked by twice and didn't even look up from her cigarette. When I called and asked why, the girl who answered said its our job to find a sales associate. And no, neither time was the car lot busy. We're pretty understanding people and would get that, the second time we were the only customers! We also had cash in hand BOTH times ready to buy a car. But we would rather spend our money else where.

Outrageous
Sons and company from Florida | October 19, 2015

We bought a truck with some stipulations based upon an agreed price. First, they charged almost $700 more than the agreed price. Second, one stipulation was a new fuel pump - which was not new nor properly installed. We ended up with an $1,188 bill to replace the fuel pump TampaBayAutos just installed about a month ago. Third, we never received any sort of other miscellaneous items that were included in the stipulations.
