    They are trying to sell you another car! beware!!!

    I had a meeting with Lee Prokes at 5pm. Went there around 5 pm and people told me that he is off today. I wanted to see the car at least they checked the stock number and I was told that the car was sold. Guys it is easy to call me and give me a heads up! I did drive almost 75 miles for nothing on a rainy day!! never again!!! They offered me to sell another car. Please do not go there unless they promise you that the car is in their stock!

    Horrible service experience

    I would give a zero rating after todays experience. Got an appointment for oil change. checked with them after an hour then the update was it’s in process. I have been waiting for 2.5 hours and no one came to inform me on the status. When I checked they informed me some cleanup needed on the calipers that need 1 more hour of service time. When asked about the delay the staff is not even apologetic about the wait time. Better off at other dealerships than these lazy guys.. Anand

    Annoying!

    Over the course of five days, I received 14 emails from five different people, three phone calls from a different person and, two text messages from ANOTHER person! All sales people from this dealership. When I arrived to the dealership, I had to go through three different sales people to see the car I wanted to. They told me they were very motivated to sell the vehicle I came to see so the next day I made an offer. I never heard from them again. After five days of completely exploding my phone and inbox, they didn’t even respond to my offer. Never even trying to work with them again.

    We came from Chicago to pick-up car, we purchased over internet. Actual car was exactly as advertised on internet including, but not limited to odometer reading, tires, quality of paint, history of car and many other details. Representative servicing us, Mr. Fred was very friendly, yet objective and factual. Whole proces took less than 50 minutes including filling paperwork by financial department. Speaking of it, we are very thankful for extraordinary effort to send us (to another state) Title Of The Car to our address in Illinois within 5 business days. Management of this dealership should be proud of its whole team, who was ready for our arrival right at the opening in early morning. Keep-up excellent work.

    Found a 2010 Accord in almost perfect condition - Bruce Elliott made sure the car was safe for our new college student and put an extra polish on the outside - that car still sparkles. Marla Franklin showed us several cars until we found the one we wanted - she was a pleasure to work with. This was a great experience!

    For months now, my husband and I have been looking for the right used car to purchase for our daughter. Using the internet and Cargurus.com I came accross the perfect car at Sunnyside Honda. Marla Franklin, our sales rep, was quick to get us in and answer all our questions about the vehicle. She was very friendly and really made us feel like we were at the right place. Her number one concern was to help us get the vehicle we needed at the right price and make sure that car was perfect from top to bottom. Overall, I am thrilled with my entire experience at Sunnyside Honda and would highly recommend them to friends, family and anyone on the hunt for a great car.

    Got sold a lemon

    We bought a used 2012 Dodge Carvan. Thought it was a great deal. New tires, new brakes, clean record - "great!" 6 months later the car has been towed twice- first time it was faulty wiring and we could not get the car to start, second time the alternator failed during a road trip out of state (unexpected hotel stay, Lyft ride for me and the kids from the side of the road). Now the "new" brake rotators need replaced. We are now into this car $1800 more than we expected (not including towing etc.) Sunnyside says "Well, we do our best, but these cars arent new." yes -neither were the brakes ! Buyer beware I guess.
