    Salesman didn’t know the product he was selling. General manger and own weren’t any better. The women that did the paperwork was a mess and the comptroller was areal class mess also would not send my worst enemy to this place

    My cars seventeen day vacation at Stinnett Auto

    Nightmare started on July 10th. when I dropped transmission on my 2013 Chrysler town and country van. Thank god I had extended warranty and dealership though it was just the pump in transmission but warranty people know as I do that if a pump explodes there is going to be pieces in pan. seven days later transmission was order for one to two days delivery which took another five days for dealership said they got it. now the mechanic quit his job as he is the only Chrysler mechanic and they hired another man who the Greg the service manager said he trust, this is funny as I could not trust Greg because he would tell you its being worked on and it was sitting outside, He also told Chrysler when I called then for help that it was in bay being worked on and I would have it by3:oo the next day and when I went over again it was still outside. Finally on July 25th the car was suppose to be done but I didn't get it till the 26th at noon. Dealership was worry I had a out of state check but considering the car was from New Jersey which is 12 to 13 hours away I paid with my mac card and got on the road. I think they were afraid that I would take seventeen days to pay then like they held my car for and told me they were doing everything possible to get me out in a timely matter. I was down here to go to a wedding on the 13th which didn't happen , My husband and I both ran out of our medication which thank god my son overnight twice . Friend of ours passed away and we were not able to attend. So all in all I would have second thought about taking any vehicle to this dealership and would advise owner to think twice about who runs the service department and how they should keep the customer update. We did arrive back in New Jersey with no more problems with the car late Saturday night and was glad to be home.....
