    I had a terrible experience purchasing a Mercedes here. Though that may have been the initial problem. Wrong dealership. Mercedes is known for their exceptional service and professionalism (in addition to superior engineering). The offerings from Stevinson pale in comparison. I did not actually feel excited about my purchase until I took the vehicle to Mercedes Benz of Loveland to have the pre-certification check performed. Further evidence of Stevinson's poor performance? They didn't even bother to send me the customer satisfaction survey after my purchase. They knew they'd done such a poor job. When it comes to car shopping the experience is just as important as the purchase. If you're in the market for filet mignon, I'll warn you that shopping at Stevinson feels more like being force-fed a charred T-bone steak. The gastronomically astute should avoid at all costs. I tried to select my sales person's name from the pull-down menu but I see she is not listed. Perhaps they've already begun to clean house and pull their act together? I doubt it...

    We worked with Chris Rogers on finding the perfect car for us as our family grows. We had a strict budget but knew what we wanted and Chris was so helpful in making it all happen! He did not put us under any pressure whatsoever and was so easy to work with. We walked away with the car we wanted at the price we wanted. Chris was so wonderful and nice, we truly hope we can work with him again some day!

    Outstanding customer service. We made an appointment with a sales person, Jodi, and she was well informed. We made a request to look at three specific cars in a specific sequence and she did just that. The service was excellent. They were overwhelmed in the finance department that day and took several hours to get through that process, but they were apologetic and kind.

    Worst buying car experience.

    I had the worst experience, where should I start. DO NOT BUY CERFITIFY CAR FROM here. It is a joke. First of all I love Lexus brand cars. I traded in my car and I have bought used certified 2017 23K Miles Lexus SUV from this dealership. When they certifiying a car, they supposed to check 160 different points on the car. Means every single parts, details for safety and warranties. I spent $45000. Omg... They said tires has to pass 5point and on out 10 point measurement. Then I went to Discount tire to see all season or snow tires. They said every single tires are different on this SUV numbers are 5,6,6,10 and they said your car door has broken piece making weird nose what is holding the door that piece. Discount tire and 3 other dealerships said, if all your tires different your all wheel drive will be messed up. It will cost so much money. They have to be on same level tires. When I left this dealership they said this is okay. I drove on the snow was a joke. I took half day off from work and I drove to dealership today about an hour drive. I talked to service department, I told them if you certifiying the car don’t you guys check cars 160 check points he said yes. How do you miss the door??? and he said he has to order a piece for the door, I have to take another day off and half my day will be gone, for the tires they didn’t do anything. I was very disappointed with the service. I bought another car last year, it happen the same thing. Certified car and rotor was making weird nose. I don’t think they are checking the cars all the way. You will see. I won’t recommend anybody this dealership. I am all about supporting local businesses but I wasn’t treated well here after spending almost $45000. Good luck.

    Good and Bad experience with this dealeship

    I went to this dealership to purchase a used 2014 Lexus CT 200H. The sales lady, Jodi Wersen, was professional and informative, overall a positive experience with her. The vehicle had been in an accident and insurance claim filed and vehicle was repaired, something that was neglected to be mentioned in the listing. Yes knowing a vehicle has been involved in accident is very important and should be disclosed in the listing. The vehicle had also been on the lot for over 60 days not sure how long it was at its current asking price. Again if the vehicle is sitting on the lot and not selling, you might just think your asking price might be too high. They stated the vehicle was going to be offered to an auction very soon. So I made what I thought was a fair offer for a vehicle that had been in an accident, was in fair condition, and had been on the lot for over 60 days. This was not a lowball offer, it was $1000 less than what the vehicle was listed for. She took the offer to the sales manager, who came back and said the current asking price is what they had into the car and couldn't lower the price. I stated I wouldn't pay more than what I was offering for a vehicle that had been in accident and was in fair condition. I have no issues with the encounter up until this point. Disagreements on selling price happen all the time and a sale is not made. The sales manager said he could get what I was offering for the car from the auction and I thanked them both for their time and left. It was nice to know that their manager would rather sell the vehicle to the auction for the price I was offering, more than likely less then what I was offering, rather than sell the vehicle to a customer and earn their current and possibly future business. I can assure them from here on out they have completely eliminated any chance of me conducting any future business with not just Stevinson Lexus, but all Stevinson dealerships.
