    Worst Repair Experience I’ve Ever Had!

    Took my vehicle here for service after check engine light came on. Diagnostic identified leaking fuel vapor and it was suggested that I get a new gas cap (My vehicle is a model that does not come w a gas cap 1st off). Had to order new parts for my “special emissions system” at $600. Went ahead w this and set appointment for later in week - didn’t hear from them and when I called to confirm was first hung up on after being on hold for 10 minutes. Called back and left message - still no reply. Took vehicle in for repair on appt date and thankfully they were ready to fix my vehicle. Got a call a couple hours later hoping my car was ready to be picked up only to be told that the parts they replaced did not fix the issue and that I would need another part replaced at an additional $290. Asked why this wouldn’t have been caught initially and rep replied “not sure - sometimes we just can’t know until we get in there.” Service rep tried selling me a multitude of other services as well. I will never come back here again and will definitely suggest others stay away as well!

    EVERY one I encountered was courteous and pleasant. They asked questions to determine my specific concerns and listened patiently and closely. They finished my Navigator work in the time they said that would. Chris was especially helpful

    Chris took great care of my vehicle. When I dropped my car off, I had my bike on the rack so I could ride it to work from Spradley Barr. He told me to just wait inside while he pulled my car into the bay. To my surprise he even took my bike off the rack and brought it inside for me. Excellent customer service all around!
