    David Jaden Noh, Finance Director lied about cars being available, was rude when I came to dealership, and refused to assist, apologize or discuss anything with me. He was the main reason I went directly to another dealership, who treats customers with respect, and purchased a new Lexus! I see they're remodeling, but until they get rid of the crappy employees, this is not the place to do business. I spoke with Johnny Hong about Jaden's behavior, and he apologized saying he could be aggressive. Why is he still in this position then? Johnny had Mohammad Hakim show us a new vehicle, but at that point, we were just gathering information to purchase our new vehicles elsewhere. I ended up getting an RX, and my husband a GS. Thanks South Bay Lexus for showing us your true customer service skills, or lack thereof.

    HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP. I went to South Bay Lexus Because I thought it would be a more secure purchasing experience than just a random dealer. It was the worst experience ever. Everybody who I’ve dealt with from the finance manager Talia, To the apparent dealership manager Tim Garcia are all inexcusably rude. There is zero customer service and nobody knows what they’re doing from one department to the other. I wish I had not purchased a car from the dealership.I’ve spent hours on the phone trying to get some kind of resolution, and I’ve only been treated with hate and aggression. I’m completely beside myself. These people are shady I’m very uncomfortable with the whole transaction I feel sick to my stomach. Do not buy purchase lease or interact with South Bay Lexus. I’m floored at the unprofessionalism of this dealership spare yourself the agony. That monster of a human Tim Garcia said I was the only person that ever complained in the last three years. Obviously by looking at all of these reviews I’m not the only person and I certainly wish I would’ve read the reviews first. I I bought my last Lexus from Lexus of Oxnard and they were always super professional and very customer oriented. Southbay Lexus is the opposite horrible customer service very rude very unprofessional shady liars it’s really bad. Beware! I am going to file a police report because of terrorist threats yelled at me by manager “Tim Garcia”. These lunatics have my home address and they have threatened me and I fear for my safety at this point.

    The fine print price different from spoken price.

    We just leased RX 350. We spoke to the dealer for a long time and agreed on payment $336.00. Then we waited for 3 1/2 hours. I was getting many phone calls from work while waiting for the paper work to be completed. Finally, I signed the deal but did not have the chance to see the car (in spite of waiting for 3 1/2 hours.) My wife spent additional hour signing. When we came home and starting reading the fine print the payment was $385.00. Also, I did not like to color of the seats. We tried to return the car but the manager refused and told us to find a layer. Great!

    I've dealt with a lot of dealerships and South Bay Lexus is one of the best! I am on my third vehicle from this dealership and every experience has only gotten better. I was lucky enough to work with Sam Ko on my most recent purchase. Not only was he upfront, and honest, but he did everything in his power to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Buying or leasing a car is a big life change/decision and having someone with you that you can trust every step of the way is truly invaluable. Sam you are the man and I wouldn't be in my GX without you. Thanks for everything!

    I just bought my car there yesterday, and I'm in love with my new NX300h! Mr. Sam Ko helped me out, and he was exceptional! He answered all the questions my husband and I had very thoroughly, let me text drive the car, and was patient when I had a hard time deciding on the color (: He broke down all the different payment options, and was very knowledgeable about all the different services they offered. I highly recommend asking for him if you're not a pro at buying new cars like me!

Sam treated us like a family and the level of knowledge and attention to detail that he provided us was phenomenal. Not only Sam, the people who work here had the best smile!
