    Two weeks ago, 8/28, I came in and put a down payment on a truck and signed all of the paperwork. I worked with Eddy Fernandez who was an absolute pleasure to work with. However, after that initial meeting, things went downhill. To my disappointment, they needed to order a duplicate RI title for the truck in order to register it. Fast forward to 9/9, I was noticed that the title came in but needed to be picked up from the auction, a 4-hour drive away. I was told that they were going to overnight it to the office, but two days later this still has not happened. Last I’ve heard, they’re at the auction today. Whether or not the title comes back with them is to be seen. Regardless, I don’t understand why they didn’t overnight the title so as to not keep me waiting any further. I haven’t seemed to be a priority at all up until this point. I’ve been VERY patient during this whole ordeal. I understand that things happen but the customer service experience as a whole has been poor. I’ve had to keep calling and checking on the status, team members take my calls and tell me that they’re going to call back. But to my dismay, I don’t receive any calls back. Two weeks later, I’m still waiting to drive off the lot with the truck. All thing said, Eddy is a great guy and although it may be true that something like this hasn’t occurred before with this dealership, I was expecting a little bit better from Shannon Motors.

    They took my deposit and wouldn't give it back after I decided I didn't want the car. I had to file fraud charges with my credit card.

    Run the other way!

    This is the worst dealership to do business with. They are willing to sell a car to anyone, regardless of credit but they are not willing to work with you if you hit financial hardship. They are rude and unprofessional and do nothing to hide their behavior. I would tell anyone even thinking of doing business with them to run the other way.

    worst mistake I have ever made. not even a month into getting the car it has more problems than the car I already had. Transmission and exhaust being the top of the list. getting the run around .

    Got approved in seconds.that was great! But have had lots of issues with the van. And it seems like they don't wanna fix my van and I have warranty . I'm not happy be careful with this place!

    How can a car dealership allow for the dealer plates to expire on a car they sold. If I was late paying the taxes and fees I could understand. I was told i could pay over the phone. Then told i could not. Went in and made the payment. A week later. Car has not been registered and dealer plates are now expired. Told nothing they can do.
