what a bad decision

worst mistake I have ever made. not even a month into getting the car it has more problems than the car I already had. Transmission and exhaust being the top of the list. getting the run around .

Got approved in seconds.that was great! But have had lots of issues with the van. And it seems like they don't wanna fix my van and I have warranty . I'm not happy be careful with this place!

How can a car dealership allow for the dealer plates to expire on a car they sold. If I was late paying the taxes and fees I could understand. I was told i could pay over the phone. Then told i could not. Went in and made the payment. A week later. Car has not been registered and dealer plates are now expired. Told nothing they can do.

Paul Reid was the most helpful car salesman I've ever had to deal with! He was honest and you hardly find that in any salesman! After leaving there I felt as if I knew this guys life! Feeling at home with someone only makes you want to return there for another purchase or revere your friends to them! He worked well with us on our payments and the down payment! Our salesman was very nice and made us very comfortable but we went in with the intention of buying a used vehicle and after we had chosen our car which also had an issue that needed to be addressed, they took it to service and said everything was all set just to find out when we went to sign the papers that all the information he gave us was to LEASE the car and NOT buy it, it was going to cost us an extra $1500 to buy it which was not factored into the conversation! We went with the option to lease feeling pressured and drove off just to find out that our car was STILL having the same issue!!!! 4 &1/2hrs there and leftbwith a bitter taste in my mouth!
